This game eased me right into it's gameplay, and that is because you did such a GREAT job with your tutorial. That is not easy to accomplish with 48 hours! Great job!

Perfect game

Nice difficulty curve, especially for a GameJam game! Was fun to discover how use the different techniques for each puzzle.

Tutorial levels are good to grasp. You can polish more by adding death/restart effect + sound effect, since it's hard right now to know how we died each level.

Very cool tutorial and mechanic! The good level design makes it 2x better, nice job!

Also, beautiful game :)

could be a cool zelda dungeon

Very cool, wish I could play it with arrows or azerty keyboard, I can manage to play it with wasd, but it's hard haha :D Cool levels! :)

Nice game and nice art ! Good job :D

I love this art style! It's so adorable!
The gameplay is super unique and also quite fun to solve the different puzzles (and navigate my guys around the spikes, haha).

Great work!

Nice game with very great artstyle! Good job!

This is my favorite art style. It’s a very unique idea to connect and move multiple skeletons! It’s fun to use it as a shield, press a switch, and have various levels. Maybe it’s just my environment, but the BGM wasn’t playing, so I thought it would be fun to have a more atmospheric sound.

This is a pretty original idea, I like the mechanic of trying to figure out who to control and how.  Great presentation too.  Nice job

Nice game, but I often faced the problem with colliders, when the doors are open, I can't get through. Good work anyway!

You can also look at our game too, if you have a time :)

The sound is peaking at times. Running a normalize pass on the audio would have helped with that. My ears shouldn't ring after opening a gate. Ouch. Neat concept of using mind control for the skeletons. I did find the controls to be a little iffy. Like you can walk left and right and transition to up and down but if you're already moving up/down you can't then move left/right. You have to stop/let go of the controls. You can get around that restriction by not branching your controls with if/else statements. Instead handle each movement case independently of the others. Or, code in diagonal conditions like

if(key[w] && key[d])
{

move diagonally...

}

The level transitions are nice and crisp though you can't go back to the previous level from what I saw. Not sure if that was intentional or not.

Developer

thanks for playing and feedback.

I'm really having a hard time creating controls and sounds, thanks for the sample code.

Really cool concept with really nice visuals to help tie it all together!

I loved what you did allowing the possessed enemies to serve multiple functions alongside carrying out the typical movement task! I think it added a lot of interesting depth to the mechanics :)

I feel this game could be extended into a nice mid-length adventure puzzler with a bit more polish and more content! Particularly I feel the hitboxes were a tad troublesome and could use more dialing in, those dang spikes drove me a bit nuts hahah

Good job all in all though!

Solid level design, and great concept.  Some more user feedback would be good (hit, possess, etc), and like others have said the spike hitboxes can be misleading haha.  Fun game though!

A very cool game, the art style is amazing and the levels are well designed.

an interesting take on controlling multiple characters, well done! the sound is harsh though, almost a jump scare the first time haha ':D I would suggest volume it down a notch

Good game. I liked the puzzle design.

Great game, charming art and animations! The level transitions were cool too. It's also nice to have the enemy not kill the player when touched.

I would be great to have some sort of feedback when controlling/releasing the monsters. 'K' can be used to make the archer shoot even when not controlled. The spikes are a bit fast, was it intended so that the monster and player cannot cross it at once?

Still, it's a fun game. Great job on it!

thanks for playing.

I'm sorry, actually I did it in a hurry and at that time I thought it was enough.

Nothing to be sorry about. The time frame is very tight. Being able to get such a polished game out is already impressive enough.
