Interesting mechanic. I like that you don't just start off with the flashlight and baby. The environment looked pretty nice, considering the time frame. I think there's a lot of potential here for a scary game. I would have liked to see maybe a meter indicating how "shushed" the baby was, or some communication with whether I was upsetting the baby by running or something. At the moment, the baby seems to cry periodically regardless of what I do?

The game was really atmospheric and I like your creative take on the theme. The baby crying really made the game feel stressful but in a good way! I did get stuck inside a tree at one point but bugs are to be expected in a 3D gamejam game, I'm really impressed that you managed to make it in 48 hours. My main criticism is that when the baby isn't crying there is dead silence, it felt to me like some sort of bug that stops noise, a quiet background noise playing when the baby was not crying would have made the game feel a lot more natural. That being said, overall I really enjoyed playing the game, great job!
The environment is incredibly well built, loved it with the top down perspective. I agree with another commenter who said the robots were not a threat, making them faster would make them a lot more terrifying. Good submission!
Wow, this has really good atmosphere! And the gameplay is interesting as well. Unfortunately, the robots moved too slowly for them to really be a hazard. I could easily outrun them.
Otherwise, though, good job!
That's definitely my main regret, they're not as threatening as they should be!
I realy loved the atmoshpere. I was quite scared when the robot where chasing me. Really intresting idea!

I like the graphic and level setup, the only thing I don't like is that the tree is always blocking my way (I thought I could walk through the thin twigs). I think you can tune up the speed of the bot so that it can actually catch up (I can just speed run the level and ignore the bot at this point), and make the baby more out of control to better fit the theme. Good job! I really like your realistic level setup.
Thanks! Yeah, I realised far too late that the tree physics were broken. Ah well!
That soggy cotton roll is supposed to be my precious baby? At least make the lil' critter glow in the dark or something. Took me a good deal of groping about to find him; only to lose her whenever I put them down to outmaneuver your death robo.
Vaguely reminds me of Death Stranding. Nice camera controls. Some gamma correction won't go amiss.
It's supposed to be glowing a little, sounds like that's a bug. Thanks for playing!
Not many spooky games in this jam. This one definitely has a lot to offer in terms of atmosphere.
Thanks! For some reason I always end up making really dark games at the moment. Next time I will force myself to use colour!
It's a very nice idea and I am in love with the atmosphere. And oh boy what a cry baby! It's a fun mechanic. Eventually I ended up sort of speed running through the end with the baby and all the bots behind me, dropping the baby whenever they get to close. Maybe it could be interesting if you could only drop the baby on certain objects. tables beds... this way you have to be more careful about where you go or where you put the baby.
Thanks! That's definitely something to consider if I were to go back and add more to this.
Nice job this jam! This was a pretty simple, yet somewhat intense game. Gotta protect baby and all. I almost expected it to be something of a horror game with the lighting.
I got a little bit lost and a little bit dizzy while playing, but it was a cool time.
Thanks for playing!
