Love the concept, and the art is great, though I have to say the spirit forest location is rather cliche haha

If you wish to expand on this, the level feels a bit rushed, especially Bird + Monkey, where you can collect them back to back  without using them, then have to use them both at once after Deer. The animals can also be more prominent, Frog and Monkey are not really noticeable.

Played on stream with a friend and left feedback throughout, but I think you've seen it. If not you can revisit, but it's pretty much all praise! I'd have liked it if the animals didn't scurry away until I hit a prompt (I'm sad I missed the monkey). Level layout was immaculate. It all felt like it was free-flowing, but you put the player on a deliberate path that was satisfying. Top marks. Really well done.

This is a really cool concept for a game, its a fun twist on the standard metroidvania style. I also love the artwork, its amazing. great job :D

I really enjoyed the game! It was short, but sweet. My only complaint would be that I wish the buttons were located more conveniently.

I loved your gameplay. I had to figure out how to use each animal skill but once we understand it just makes sense. Also very simple but well thought level design, I think it's a great proof of concept ! Well done !

Beautiful game, scenery, sounds, everything! Lots of potential to make really fun levels out of this too, alongside giving access to new animal spirits. Really excited to see where you take this if you build off of it!
