Definitely a fun, dynamic experience! Simple in general, trippy on the graphics, but a nice game to try out.
Simple mechaninc and really fun. But I must say the sound effects get boring after a while.

Unexpectedly funny game! Almost a puzzle game with kind of hotline miami vibe in the pace
Game was funny and fun. I loved the blood splats and sound effects. It was a little frustrating at times dies so quickly in the stages but the geometry puzzle-y part of it was cool and could make for a lot of interesting level designs
this was so fun! The difficulty was tough but felt doable for the most part, the style was really striking, and the gameplay simple but smart!
If you want to work more on this game, I'd probably add some more visual feedback that you're dead (or add an auto-restart feature) and add a speedrun timer and golf counter (It was so satisfying to clear entire rooms with just one shot!)
So yea, very cool game!

This was super fun to play, I kept going until the end even when I died a lot on the latter levels. Killing the enemies was super satisfying, and the levels were thoughtfully designed.
I like the fact it's a bouncy sawblade because you can plan ahead and kill unsuspecting enemies by bouncing your projectiles around. Great work!

Suuuper fun & rewarding! You really nailed the juice factor with the screen shake & particles. The feeling of throwing the saw blade, killing every enemy, and then catching it again is awesome. The overall vibe is also awesome, like cruelty squad + hotline miami. I also think we have pretty similar games for this jam! Great job!

Very fun and satisfying mechanic. Who doesn't love a good bouncy saw blade mechanic? (Unreal Tournament Ripper anyone?) . Might have to toy with a concept like this myself since I have a decent bouncy physics script I made for Idlemancy / a Warlords clone I was developing.
People have already pointed out the Hotline Miami inspirations, and you did a great job capturing a lot of that "feel".
The only gripe I can make is some of the rooms towards the end force you into death scenarios immediately upon spawn- which is a bit jarring and a little annoying. Obviously the death reset mechanic fixes this in a way, but I would prefer you have time to assess the situation - so maybe a safe entrance to get your bearings where you are allowed to strategize, then bust in saws-a-blazing.
Dashing through walls felt good and added a nice layer to things.
I loved the blood effects and the explosions were satisfying.
This was very fun, great overall.
thank you! I think that if I work a little more on the game after the jam ill make it so you have time to look at the situation without jumping straight in. If you make some saw mechanic yourself ill be happy to check it out.
Definitely use that saw blade mechanic again if you make another top down style shooter...maybe a purchasable weapon or something, it felt great! I really enjoyed your game. :)

Satisfying experience! Reminded me a lot of hotline miami with the rapid restarting and gore painting the floor. Nice amount of levels and an increasing variety in enemies. Very juicy!

That saw throwing is very satisfying when it hit the right angle an go flying all over the levels wrecking havock.
The art is weirdly enjoyable and fit great with the game.
Tiny little feedback some of the late room throw you in the middle of the action a bit too quickly. (having a safe spot at the start of each level to have time to analyze the room & choosing when you're ready to engage ( & how ) would definetly improve the experience.
Apart from that, really fun, juicy & satisfying entry !
