I really love the cute artstyle. It feels incomplete without sound but it is VERY FUN!

Fantastic artwork! Wow! Only thing i missed a bit was music and sound effects. But impressive work anyway!

this game looks and plays amazing great work!

I had fun playing it, even though I'm bad at card games.

Thx for your work :)

Very cool art style! I wasn't a huge fan of the gameplay but I dont really like turn based games so that's more of a personal preference

Art work and animation are huge ! It remind me paper mario saga ! It is very cool to explain the story like in the theater at the beginning. Design of rabbit and other monster is very cute

It's fun to create a mix between card game and management game in this jam!

Had to give you 5 stars, truely amazing the work you've done!

The art, and the movement is amazing.

Attacks feel juicy but clean.

Kudos and best of luck in your further development journey.

The art style was really pretty, although audio would've been an addition to add some more game feel, and the game loop also didn't feel that engaging tbh. It felt like the time investment needed to take on stronger enemies was just too big :/

Sorry to hear that but im glad that you play the game and i appreciate criticism

Really nice art style ! I like it

Hey, wonderful style, gave me some nice old Paper Mario vibes, would love to see it expanded further in a bigger game. Although I didn't understand how the enemies tie with the stories, that was my only complaint. Great job!

Lol idk how the dollmaker hasnt gone bankrupt with the amount of beating up i did to his dolls (hit about 12k coins)

I got my DMG up to 100 with maxed out stats and spent too much time beating dolls up that I got to a point where the dollmaker was paying me for getting hit lmao.

The game overall is fun, the artstyle is cute and I saw myself having too much fun seeing myself be able to 1-shot almost everyone except for the marionette, which speaking of that boss, I like how their attacks is where it decides to beat you up based on the result of a small rock paper scissors match. There were a few glitches like the ATK cost reduction not being functional or the skill page being displayed first when starting a battle but it really didnt bother me. Good game over all, Amazing Job!

The art is a clear standout, but I wish some audio made it into the game.  Great work!

To be honest I'm not much of a turn-based rpg guy, but the art style, animations, and being able to choose enemies/upgrades kept me going until the end. Nicely done. Sound definitely would've added a lot here, but that's how it goes sometimes

Also, one of the best implementations of the 'paying the price' theme I've seen so far

Great game, great art, great animations. Unfortunate you couldn't put sounds in time.

Like it was mentioned before, visuals are absolutely stunning, from art to animation. Gameplay feels great and the only downside is the lack of sounds.

Submitted

The most charming visuals I have ever seen in a jam !

I love the visual style and animations! The game is solid fun and punchy, the story is quick to get you in. Audio would bring even more life to it.

Good game!
