Really polished. Loved the graphics and music. Some sound effects would put it over the top!

It took me a little to understand what I had to do but when i got it, it was fun^^
I don't know what Old Grumpy is or what he is attacking with (his mustache? his breath?) but I like him. Loved his expression before the boss fight.
The description states that this game was a demo for procedural generated dungeons on GBStudio. i don't know on what extent that worked, but I recognised that the rooms didn't always had the same enemies. Luckily for me the room has the key after it had it for the first time. I saw it too late on the first time^^"
Interesting game, I like it.
Lol....what did i just play....was i a tree dude licking everything to death? hahaha. Well done and well put together! Everything feels very gameboy and the color pallet you used was perfect.
my only suggestion and it dose have to do with your glitchy audio, would be to add a mute audio option bound to key. Im not To familiar with GBstudio, but iv seen projects where several game options such as sound, size and other things are off to the side on a separate bar from the game. Not sure how to add this but something to consider!
Other then that nice little concept! kinda reminded me of the first Zelda game :)
Hi dude! Nice game!
It was a challenge for me to çick the right time to attack enemies. Haha. But that was so funny!
Ha! Did I just attack something with my mo’?! This ROM is definitely going on my cart next
Really interesting idea to figure out procedural generation in gbstudio! especially love the detail in the larger graphics (title screen etc), clearly a lot of love put in here for sure
