That was a very nice piece for sure. And it seems like others, made me reflect on some past relationships. I like the pacing and wanted a bit more of the story. Some of the wrong "your"s that should have been "you're"s slowed me down with typing. Congrats to the team on this!
I can see you creating this system as a storytelling game for teaching kids how to type and also how to spell. Also as a form of therapy, in a way.
That was sweet. Made me reflect on my relationships and the times when I had been the a-hole :)
I'll give you a good laugh: I could hear the sfx but not any of the voice acting when I played ... turned out that I'm an idiot and the jack had come partially out of my headphones :)
Tiniest suggestion: make it like the typing of the dead (I know, what a comparison) and that hitting space is optional.
I'll echo what others are saying in that this is a very unique experience. I liked the minimalist aesthetic, and the voice acting is phenomenal. I really enjoyed this.
Wow that was a very unique gameplay and captivating story. I planned to just play it for like a couple minutes to get a glimpse of the game (still have many games to test so I have to make it quick for each game), but I ended up finishing it to the very end I was so into it. Amazing work x)
Very unique submission. The typing was extremely satisfying with the sound effects and the pure way in which the visuals are presented. It compelled me to type/listen through to the end, and I feel like there's a lot of potential this format could have...like the further you type within the time limit, the more stuff that happens in the scene you're about to hear. The story could even branch based on the typing.
I dunno, just some vague inspirations that hit while playing, but I really liked this submission! Great job!
