Funny game! I included it in my GameDevNetwork: The Big Festive Game Jam compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :)

Really enjoyed this game! The art style worked beautifully with the whole theme of the game - though Goldilocks was still very grateful even when I spent the send attempt blocking the door without finishing a single task.

Her grateful remarks are supposed to be a touching surprise at the end - picky Miss Goldilocks is grateful and surprised that the bears even cared at all, after their previous encounter. I didn't get a chance to balance things - it's way too easy right now, the player was supposed to think that they did badly, for the surprise to be effective.

Just in case you haven't heard the story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears:

It is one of the most popular children's fairy tales in the English language. This game is based on the characters in that story, retelling it in a surprising way for people who know the story (most people who grew up in an English-language speaking country).

Please familiarize yourself with it first if you were deprived of this cultural context: http://www.dltk-teach.com/rhymes/goldilocks_story.htm

Nice game here! Game structure is there , clear objective and commands. It was easy for me, ended everything missing 24 sec i guess. The last thing that i did was lighting the candles, and i tought the kid bear couldnt handle with fire (due age), but it was possible! :) :) Good job team!!

Impressive job in 24 h. Very sweet 3D models and animation. Gameplay was a little finicky to control, but otherwise it played well, solid entry!

Cute.  You created a consistent and cohesive mood and feel here.

This was surprisingly heart-warming. I love the art and the expansion of the Goldilocks narrative. Working together as a family to throw a surprise party for someone who vandalized their home adds a redeeming depth to this story. Might I ask who did the music?

Developer(+1)

Thanks! The music is "Day 33" by Mark Sparling from his "70 days" series, where he made a new piece of music each day. Please see the game's main itch.io page for the music link in the attributions section. (It's also on the title screen in the upper left corner).

This is real gold. Original and so much fun. Can't believe it took just 24 hours! Only downside are the controls, is a little difficult to pick the item you want. Anyway, it's impressive!

Absolutely gorgeus graphics, animations, and sound track. Nicely Explained. All around great game. A little short though :D

Cute! :D Very impressive that you made this in 24 hours!

Love the 3D modelling, the low poly style looks great. The gameplay is also fun, I like managing what each bear is doing and the controls are simple and easy to use. I also like that Goldilocks is still happy even if you don't manage to get everything done.

Thanks! Goldilocks' end comments are part of the surprise. Instead of being super picky about things, she's just appreciative that you're throwing a party for her.

according to the graphic, and you mentioned you've been working on this for last 24 hours, its amazing. character, and environment had their place on my mind.

maybe one thing i consider to be fixed just control movement by bear itself,

so far, this belong to good game anyways.
Well played
