Nice work! The balancing on the hand mechanic is really unique. However, I think it was a little too difficult to balance the candle. I do appreciate the inclusion of a quick restart button. I found it too difficult to get past the cat, I just couldn't read his moves. I was also noticing some inconsistencies with the art style, as much as I appreciate the creepy chef. It's best to stick with pixel art or vector art. I also didn't like how everything went dark once you lost the candle. I really enjoyed making repeated attempts at the levels. Keep it up!

I like the visuals and the concept is quite creative! I found it quite hard to balance the candle, but the game fits the theme and its a good jam game so well done!
I have a lot of respect for this but it's really high difficulty
You have to realize that you must move super slowly not to lose the candle.
Depends how much forgiveness you want philosophically like maybe some mercy of spawning another candle (difficulty selections? the way Stardock caters to all personalities with GalCiv 2,3,4's AI enemy strategy hardnesses)
Otherwise yeah it's me that sucks, not the game haha

Nice concept, but pretty difficult for the impatient like myself, could be more fun if make the candle a harder to fall, with a ability to keep it in balance just by going forth and back. I do like the music also.
I liked the idea of this but I’m very confused as to how you defeat different enemies such as the mouths. I assume you use the candle but you get too close to the candle yourself and lose health. I like that you have to balance the candle which fits in with the theme. Overall this was an interesting jam submission.

The concept and art style are really fun and charming! I did struggle to get past the chef in stage two with the candle. Maybe a hint could help? Overall, I had a great time playing! 🍻
