I really like the menu screen, the music and the matchstick, flickering away, it's a nice space, it's a nice intro to the game. I think that the gliding sprite could have been a bit more exaggerated, like have the cape/wings up higher, just to make it super clear that you're gliding. Thank you for putting in checkpoints, that's a real missing feature in game jam games. I think the health bar could use a touch up too, it feels out of place next to all the other nice art. Only other gripe is that the edges of the platforms are a bit hard to see, like it's hard to know where the edge is when you're jumping. Other than that, I think you did a great job!

Very nice art style over there. It was hard to see, where the platforms realy and. So often i jumped too late. But it is a nice and finished game! :)
Lovely little game! Great atmosphere, I said aloud "Oooohhh" when I started it up! I would have liked more jump height and tying cancelling out of the glide to SPACE as well, so you just click to glide, click to stop :) I adore the design of the player character, but would have liked some audio from it!

Cute artwork it almost gives me a Hollow Knight vibe except more cheerful and less dark even though you spend the time turning on matches to light the place. :D
The aesthetics are beautiful, and I love the theme! I love moths after all xD I do wish the jump height was slightly more generous however. And also I think it would be nice if the visual design of thorns should communicate a little more clearly that they are dangerous, because at first they looked like leaves to me. But overall, a really great game!
Nice music and nice graphics. Your art reminds me of Hollow Knight! As for the gameplay, I find it simple and fun but I got stuck when I try to reach the crooked branch. Please help... :)
glad you enjoyed it. So what you can do is that you can press b to cancel the glide and before you hit the floor or fall in a pit press space glide again

The music is so beautiful! The art is also drawn very well. Unfortunately I wasn't able to bridge the gap with the spikes in the middle after the bonfire. Maybe my timing was off.

Really gorgeous art. However lighting the match for me just seems to reset the level and there is no way to progress. I would have liked to see more of this game.
that's because there is suppose to be more but there was a last minute bug that just looped the same level over and over
