First of all, great visuals. Music creates nice atmosphere. Concept feels interesting and fun to play.
On my machine performance was an issue though.

A really simple, but really fun game!
The gameplay is really great! It is really simple, the only thing you do, is firing a ball between two randomly positioned circles, while avoiding triangles and standers. Before firing, the time pauses, and therefore you can accurately aim your shots. Besides firing straight, you can also fire at the bounds of the map, in order to ricochet the ball. It isn't really complex at all, and yet, that simple concept, with the motivation of getting higher scores, makes this game really entertaining! It feels amazing when the map is cluttered with obstacles, and you manage to land a perfectly calculated ricochet shot, with the circles being located at the opposite ends of the map!
The only minor issue, is that that the randomness of this game, can sometimes be unfair, like when the circles are surrounded by triangles, making it impossible to fire without losing a heart.
The graphics, are fine. I like the neon colors of the sprites, the minimalist design, and the post-processing effects. However, sometimes it feels like there's way too much contrast, with some of the colors being too bright, and the power ups changing the post-processing effects, don't really solve the issue.
Overall, this is a well made game! Everything about this game is at least good, but the gameplay has been really well done, and is really fun to play!
Very fun! Made it to 101 leaps before my demise. Loved the variety of choice between rounds.

Shoot, bounce and errr... shoot again(!) as you ricochet towards safety while evading the malevolent standers and seekers
With simple and intuitive gameplay this arcadey rogue-lite-light shooter will have you bounding after higher and higher scores.
By the way 38 is THE score to beat (which you will because I believe in you ^w^)

Neat game. I liked the power up system. I also liked the graphics. It froze on me though :(
This is a lot of fun, and well executed. You've got a great arcade game, that can last from a few minutes of game play to however long someone wants to play, with upgrades and sweet effects for graphics. I found it very challenging as well. Good job!
Got 96! This is really fun and addicting, but I feel like there's quite a few bugs to fix like triangles getting stuck on walls and balls being reset for no reason. I also feel getting a highscore is very rng reliant since you have to just hope to get a ton of good upgrades all the time and I also felt cosmetic upgrades just felt the worst (even more than the downgrades) since there was no meaningful choice to be made and I felt it always just made the game look worse. Don't mean to criticize this game too much 😅 Thanks for making this, I genuinely had a good time playing~
Thanks, that's an amazing score (you had to play a lot :P). Ye, I know what you are talking about :P there are so many things that bother me too, so one day I will just try to polish this game and then try it as mobile (it will give even more bugs). The thing with neutral upgrades is interesting tho. Maybe I will make something like every 25 leaps you get randomised neutral effect and then I would just remove these cards. That would make choosing cards meaningful. Thanks again ;)
I got 71! I really like the diversity of the up/downgrades. It feels balanced!
Highscore 55! Really neat game, I'm glad to see it evolved well from the first version I tried :) there's a minor bug, sometimes you shoot and it seems to rollback (projectile lost, no heart loss) but it doesn't affect gameplay.
I really liked the diversity of upgrades, the only annoying one was saturation change because black/white made it difficult to differentiate target from standers.
Had some lag issues as well but it could have just been my old mac mini. Really good ambiance, cool effects and sounds, and the game mechanics themselves were great.
Your game looks amazing. I enjoyed what I was able to play but I had a lot of lag issues so I couldn't experience your game properly. Just thought you should know this. I think the game is interesting enough that maybe if you tone down the visuals just a little it could be enjoyed by more people. Then again there are probably not as many people who had issues like me so you should be fine as it is.
You incorporated the theme very well. Nice work.
The best game I've seen so far! The visual style is so great. And what's amazing is that although the control is very simple (just firing the ball), the gameplay is incredibly fun! Well done!
One of the most accurate theme interpretation. The menu has the same mechanics as the gameplay itself which is a good idea, too.
To be more critical (just a bit more), I got once a situation where I could choose between +1 Health and +3 Health which is a naturally a no-brainer. The lights are bit over-saturated, too.
But great game overall.
