A very innovative little game I must say!

The main mechanic of this game is moving the window of the game, so that you can move, bounce, and squeeze the poor chick, using the bounds of the window, in order to get to the next level. It is a very unique idea, the game itself isn't really that hard, it fits the theme perfectly, and is fun to play! Tho, there could be more levels added, it's a bit short.

Besides the gameplay, there isn't much to say, praise, or criticize about this game, everything else is just okay. But overall, this is a really solid entry!

It's clear that you put a lot of effort and polish into this game - it looks and feels really nice to play!  I wish there were a few more levels, since a bunch of the mechanics felt unexplored, though I get that as a student probably you didn't have enough time for it.  This will make a fine addition to my personal collection of window-mechanic games!

GREAT GAME!  This is literally the best game I've played on here yet.  The idea is AMAZING.

Don't have any negative critique.  I ran into the spikes a few times and the game didn't seem to register it (bug?). Great game, way better than I can do.  I also liked the theme, really pleasant.  Also very hard!

Thanks for the kind words! and let's just say it's a feature that the spikes can forgive you from time to time 😂I'll keep in mind about the level difficulty, thanks for leaving a comment~

It jumps around the screen and doesn’t let me move when I click on the title bar. Broken on Windows 10, or at least my system =/

Edit: I found the problem. You are assuming that the display scaling is 100%. My system runs 150% :(

When I did get it working, it’s a cool idea, but really tough! Level 2 is frustrating!

Developer(+2)

Thanks for giving it a play~ and sorry for the technical difficulties. I knew when I was pursuing this idea that it would be hard to accommodate all screen resolutions/scalings and it was one of the things I decided to sacrifice so I could properly focus on school work while working on this. Detailed resolution settings requirements were put on my itch page but I realize now that people can skip that page by downloading it here instead. I plan to fix level 2 to be easier after and adding resolution disclaimers within the game after ratings. Sorry for the frustrations and thank you for leaving a comment on them.

Thanks for playing! Was it level 2? I think a lot of people are having trouble with it and I realize now that it's the hardest level in the game; I hope to change it after rating period ends 😣. My tip for it is to launch yourself slowly so that you don't bonk into the top of the window and rebound really quickly into a spike.

Ah thanks for letting me know 🙂. The trick to that level is to use the hole in the window to slowly carry the chick across. You can start the level by scooping him up with it as well. Thanks again for giving my game a try~

I love your interpretation of using the window for gameplay!  This a super cool idea, and it's really well executed too!  The art and sound are pleasant, and the "holes" in the window were super neat.  The main issue I noticed is the difficulty.  The second level in particular took me a long time to finish, as it is really difficult to make the accurate jumps required using the bouncy mechanics of the game.  Beyond that though, everything felt good!  If you ever decide to expand on the game, I think it would be cool to allow the player to create/move the holes in the window to add an extra layer of puzzle solving.  Nicely done!

Hey! I was watching Carb's playthrough of this game earlier and had to give it a try!
Well done! Graphics and SFX are all appropriate to support the very original idea! Very nicely done! The only issue I had was that my taskbar is not at the bottom of the screen but that was easily solved :)

This was incredible! Of course it's a creative idea, but you also executed on your idea very well--it felt really good to move your character around, and the mechanics led to some fun puzzles. I had a few rendering issues when I moved the window quickly, although that's to be expected since I don't think windows are meant to be used like this.

The best creative game! Thanks for this!

I followed this games progress on the discord, and I love it as much as I did then. Good job, this is a really well done project! I find it a little too difficult to play sometimes, but the mechanics are on point.

Thanks for the kind words and feedback! Was it the first level with the constraints that you found difficult?

Just a lot of the levels haha. In general, it was a little frustrating. I figured it all out though and finished it!
