Interesting idea, though I have encountered a bug with a negative HP of enemies and was unable to kill them. Didn't really understood when my coin works, but preparing/parrying/attacking was done quite good with nice visual feedback from the enemies. I would like to see some feedback on coin mechanic, so it would be easier to understand.
This is a very cute game with a very interesting combat mechanic which I really enjoyed. The music track did kinda get repetitive though really fast, but I forgot about it and just enjoyed the gameplay. I did manage to get some mobs bugged as well, by getting their HP negative.
Overall, well done!
The combat is really unique and I really like it although the combat is kinda wonky. It seems my coin ability activates randomly. Also, the enemies cannot die if their health is not 0 (negative value). Pls nerf -6 hp bear.
Didn't use or even really understand the coin but it was fun attacking, blocking, and dodging. Character animations are cool too. Once you get when to dodge the game becomes really easy without more enemies, tighter levels, or smarter AI.
Eye-catching artstyle and sprite work. Good job :)
Very cute art style. The control dump at the beginning was a bit much, and I forgot some of the mechanics before it was over. It wasn't the biggest detail, as I managed to figure it out as I went along. I would've liked to be able to hold down a button to continue moving. Ultimately, those issues didn't ale me too much and I was able to get to the end. I could see the combat mechanics being really neat with a little bit more variety in effects and enemies (although I didn't trade coins as much as I should have, so maybe there were more effects than I noticed).
I really love the bears and the surrounding art style! You're onto something. The controls were pretty smooth. An upgrade on the music would be nice, hahaha. But overall a really impressive submission for a 1-person team!
I really liked the art style, especially charater designs and color palette. I didn't use coin mechanic much because parry and hit is works better since they dont have any bad effect.
fun little game
The game Bugged out on enemy, it had -23 hp and killed me. also an issue with the player health indicator, it had some hearts missing.
Honestly a pretty good game. have a great theme and I Like the artstyle used here, my only complais is the manual moving, and how combat is done, but im prob just being dumb

This was pretty fun, I love turn-based games that will play as far as I click. The game looks good and your usage of the theme is cool.
I think that when an enemy's hp directly goes below 0 (-1) then it won't die, that's not a big problem but it's a bit disturbing at first.
