Hey, I checked your game :D
Overall, a unique experience and cool concept and implementation :D
This was a good looking game with fun atmosphere and free movement system.
Fighting enemies was hard though, between managing shields and power and missiles, it was not easy.
Though the main problem I had what finding the way to the goal... I happened to leave the maze which I suppose was intentionaly according to the screenshots, though once outside, I suddenly was unable to move, or at least, the screen was not refreshing anymore to show my move as the only thing which kept moving was the compass which did not cleared itself between frames, making itself repeating.
And the problem is when I restarted the game (using the menu which kept working), the problem didn't stopped. (See the screenshot to see what I mean)
Still original and interesting entry though!
Movement and atmosphere are really cool, very unique idea. Loved it!
Star Heck lol, I love it. Beyond the name, I'm a big fan of the premise, the controls are nice, everything is really quite slick, especially for a jam. Well done!
I love the graphics and the rotation mechanics, it feels very natural and cohesive. I did get lost at first but then I noticed the line. The atmosphere is top-notch, great work!
I haven't found the Mok ran yet but I love 6 direction games as well as instant movement so this one is right up my alley, the game looks, sounds and controls pretty good, congratulations.
The death sentence is still on the table but I did it. Mostly by chance, there's no way I'd map this (at least now that I managed to win once :) ), I wonder if letting the line forever is not better. Otherwise enemies not moving probably is the only thing which prevents the game to feel fully complete, but I already said it plays very well, it's a pretty good work.
The compass is actually an objective marker but I didn't think to mention that in the tutorial until after submission. The cube is procedurally generated each time you spawn, so that could result in a tragedy for cartographers too.
Another fun bit of trivia about the objective marker is that it wastes around 30% of your framerate. Thanks for making it to the end.
The movement tripped me up at first but I eventually figured it out, was a cool change of pace! The trail was a neat touch, helped when I was getting lost lol. I did hit shift during the final cutscene so I had to replay the game to see if I missed anything but it wasn't a big deal thankfully
Wonderful sound effects, very satisfying!
Love the movement in this game… chefs kiss Great work!
Very clean UI and graphics were solid. Nothing much to complain about with this one. Overall, I really loved it!
I do love me a 6DOF crawler, I made one two years ago for this jam and it was fun. I love how you left a trail to show where I’d been, that made it easier to get my bearing and not got in circles on accident.
I think I escaped the universe, not sure if that was intentional or not.
Flying out in space from the station was intended? Wasn't sure if it was just a bug or not, so decided not to explore just in case it is not!
Loved the idea of going all directions, though with my terrible spacial orientation it was hell to navigate in (even with a marker, I feel stupid!).
Sounds are very nice too.
Fun project;) I like the weapons variety and the theme you chose. The design is clean and nice. I struggled a bit to find out what is the win condition, so I am not sure I finish it properly. I think it would be great if you make some indicators where to find enemies for more clear gameplay experiance.
Controls took a bit to get used to but once it got going I had fun. I would recommend putting the controls onscreen at all times for player reference for a game like this. Good job.
Cool concept! I got to the end but only after realizing the greenline isn't a guide. I liked the weapons a lot. Great sound FX too.
