  • The game felt really satisfying to play. I think the combination of a roguelike and a tower defense game works really well, and the ability to move around the defenses is a great addition to keep the game interesting.
  • A very relaxing tower defense! I enjoyed the roguelike elements as well.
  • Big fan of the assets and animations on this one, and the music. Keeping it on while writing this as we speak because it's a vibe. In all honesty, not a very creative take on the theme at all since your approach could apply to really any game, but for a tower defense game, you executed it well and have good core functionality =)

How does the game fit into the theme?
The goal of the game is to keep expanding your control and power by buying more and more turrets and towers and expanding around your base. So by progressing through waves and expanding your base, you are moving forward!

The game is just super relaxing, the graphics and sounds are excellent.

Of course, there was not enough visual display that the enemies were getting stronger, as well as, of course, buffers where the purchased objects and time would be stored in order to reassemble the protection.

This is probably the first time I've written this, but I hope you win)

I really like this game!!! I love how devs are implementing rogue-like elements into different genres, its so addicting. The sound effects are super satisfying and when I have more time I can't wait to play it much more!!

Super fun game. I think the mechanic of moving towers around is pretty interesting, it gave the game a micromanaging aspect that adds to the traditional TD experience. Visuals are simple but so pretty! For a moment, I forgot I was playing a jam game and was just having fun with a classic tower defense. If I were to give a feedback, I'd say that it could expand a bit on the theme (maybe keep moving your towers forward to avoid an incoming danger or something, idk), just to give it some more edge. But it's an excellent entry with great gameplay and graphics. Good job!

Thank you! I do agree with your feedback like once I had my mind set on this game idea it was kinda hard to turn back lol. If I had more time though then I would probably try to tie the game into the the theme better

Fun tower defense game. Made it to around round 25. My only critique is that the difficulty seemed like it didn't scale quickly enough past like round 15 and having a speed up button would be nice (unless I missed it). Having one more enemy that had a ton of health for later rounds would probably also be a good addition. Overall a fun game to play.

Yeah I wanted to change the scaling in other ways then just making the enemies have more health, sadly I ran out of time to add it as well as a speed up button :( Thanks for playing tho!

I really like the art section, the gameplay is very polished, which makes the controls and interaction with upgrades and weapons feel really good. It really is an excellent job, congratulations :D!

Very polished and I really enjoyed moving the towers as others have said. Found it very intuitive with good feedback for user interactions. I wish there was a way to die faster when your turrets are all destroyed. Would also be nice to have a “fast forward” button

Being able to move the turrets at any time added quite a fun gameplay element imo, I prob played this game the longest out of any jam game. The game did seem to suddenly jump in difficulty at stage 9, is that intented? Other than that, great sfx and music, gameplay and visuals felt very polished. All towers felt unique from one another which really kept me going to just see what the new tower was gonna be like. Not sure if I just missed the restart button or something but there was only a quit button when dying.

So enemies start scaling health based on the wave # at around wave 10 so that’s probably it, or could just be more and more enemies yk. And regarding the restart button, I ran out of time to make it work sadly. Anyways, thank you for playing!

Fun and original game, refreshing idea to allow moving of the turrets. Minor suggestion would be to show descriptions of the towers when purchasing.

Hmm yeah I do kinda like the idea of just figuring out what they do when you buy them but some people like all the stats and info so I think a combination of the two would be best

Enjoyed this one! Its a well-polished tower defense game! Smooth gameplay and great balance. More enemy variety and buff tower stats would’ve made it even better!

Yeah, I was only able to work on the game jam for like a total of 3 days. I do plan on adding more content and things later though!

This reminds me of FLERP in the best way, its a really satisfying core loop that just works! Build, defend, earn, build some more, repeat... There was some really nice polish here with good sound effect choices, sleek and intuitive visual design, and shaders applied on the core and money boosted enemies. For all the tower defence I've played and made, I don't think I've seen a tower that boosts enemy money on kill before. Really fun game!

This was super addictive. I had to stop playing because I had already gone for over 30 minutes and was basically unstoppable. The cannons having a piercing shot felt super overpowered, especially once you had a lot of damage and reload towers.

One issue I had was everytime I bought a tower, it would cause my whole setup to shuffle around because the newly bought towers would appear next to my core. That was slightly annoying especially late game when I have a certain setup I want to maintain to get an ideal coverage of the buffing towers.

Another suggestion I would have is it would be nice to see a damage tracker for each tower so I can see which ones are contributing the most to the defense.

Really well polished and fun game tho! Made it to wave 30 and could definitely have gone further.

Hey thanks for taking 40 min to play lol. And thank you for all the feedback! I will be adding a bunch more content and fixing things when the Jam is over, so all this feedback is super helpful :) Also I need to fix the scaling for the waves because as you said its pretty easy to be unstoppable all the way at wave 30.

Really fun game! Definitely underrated amongst the crowd, burnt like a good 15 minutes just playing the game.
