Nice work! Quite satisfying at the end with all the gazelles moving around all at once. I think you’ve improved a lot since your last game btw

Yeah so the skill tree does reset your game when you get a skill. Its meant to add more playtime, I just ran out of time to fully balance so like resting isn’t really worth it lol. It’s something I plan to fix after the nam tho.

I’m glad you liked the UI! UI is actually one of my favorite things. Since you were wondering how I did some of the effects, for example for the buttons, I made a scene for a custom button where the root node was a button and I added some tweens for when the mouse enters, exited, pressed, and released, all changing the scale of the button. I also added some sound effects so they are built into my custom button. Then I can just use my custom button scene for UI n stuff. If you have anymore questions tho, feel free to ask!

Thank you :)

Thank you so much, I’m glad you liked it! I just kept adding more and more polish until it became super satisfying lol

Yeah, that seems to be pretty common, so that’s def something I’ll have to add, like a little notifier to, to let players know there is something there

Yeah, I’m glad that there’s only one minor bug with the skill tree. I’m not sure why it doesn’t save, though, it must be something with the web build because it should work fine on the Windows build

Yeah, I think it sounds pretty cool when you hit a crit for the first time, but like once you get one every 2 seconds, then it’s a lot of sound lol. Maybe I can even add a volume slider for annoying sounds

Yay, Im glad you liked the stats tab! It took me hours to get it working right lol

Ah yeah, I think I should add a tutorial or a little pop-up to tell people there are different tabs. Thank you though :)

Thank you!

Haha, Im glad you enjoyed it!

Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it :)

They don’t stack. Although now that you bring it up, yeah they should stack, I’ll add that to my list of things to fix lol

Glad you enjoyed the game! Thank you for the suggustions. We were planning on more skills that would boost the power of the hammer, for example, a lightning shock ability for the hammer, where, when you click, you have a chain reaction of lightning that bounces off enemies. We just sadly ran out of time.

Oh yeah, there seems to be a rendering issue with ladybugs when playing on mobile. I plan to work on adding better mobile support for things like the skill tree soon!

Thank you!

Yes I have a sound manager scene with one instance for each sfx that I call so it must not be that. Probably all the enemies and projectiles

Thank you!

Thank you! Glad you liked it. Also I’ll be uploading a fixed build soon :)

Yes that’s a bug, thanks you though! Should probably upload a fix soon lol

Thank you! Congrats on 13th place aswell

Wow, that’s crazy lol, the chances of getting that are 0.03% so your gambling skills must be off the charts. Also, thanks for the feedback, and I’m glad you enjoyed the game :)

Very nice game! I ended up liking almost all the posts, mainly because I liked the art you created for them, so unique take on the analog card, and great job :)

Yeahh, go frogs! Thanks for playing :)

Thanks you playing! And thanks for the feedback, being able to drag and also just click to quickly pick it up is a good idea

Thank you for playing, I’m glad you enjoyed it! Also the wave system just progressively spawns more and more like exponentially so yeah that might be something to change lol maybe just make the enemies health start to scale after a certain wave

The graphics are amazing, really well done! I like how you have to sort of balance dopamine with your cash, you have to make sure both don’t run out, instead of just avoiding everything. Great job!

Yes, I love burning villages lol. I like how the village is in a cute art style and then how your just tasked with burning it all down. The sound effects are silly and fit well. Something that might be nice is an indication for when you are low on roomba energy and your about to lose.

This is a pretty interesting game, I like that art style as well, too bad you weren’t able to finish the game. I like the way you made a management game, most are normally like farming or chill games, but I think something like this is quite cool. PS, you might wanna change the size on the game window in the itch page settings because for me its huge and I have to scroll the entire page to the side to find the full screen button

I tried playing the game however, it seems like the window is too small and I can’t actually start the game, sadly. You can change it though to the right size in your itch page settings!

This game is really cool! I like the theme you went with here, the eerie vibe is creepy and fits well with the music. The art style is also really nice, like a minimalistic style. I also think adding an inventory management aspect is pretty unique and adds a lot to the game, great job!

The art for this game is amazing, well done! I also really like your take on the theme by doing a consumerism themed game. I recommend having some interaction for the clickable UI elements because sometimes I couldn’t figure out if something was a button or just part of the art. Great job though! Also I couldn’t help but buy Balatro even though it was in the genres that would lose me points, its just such a good game lol

Controls are a bit clunky, I think there is a cool down after eating something. It might be nice to have some indication for when you can dash. Otherwise, nice game, the dash sound effect is funny!

Very easy and intuitive game, I understood immediately how to play without any instructions, also the analog art style looks very nice! The feeling of getting bigger and bigger and being able to eat the creatures that you once avoided is very satisfying, great job!

So polished, like all your games lol. Great job though! Pretty fun and simple game. Also, it might be nice to see if there is room to show what each structure does, like have a little icon for what type of resource it gives you, instead of hovering over it

Thank you so much! Im glad you enjoyed it :) The selling foods does sound like an interesting idea btw

This game was really fun! It was a bit hard at first to get the hang of the controls, at first I thought it was a little frustrating with how hard it was to start the game, however I realized that was just a skill issue and actually made sure I was ready to play the game lol, good job.

I love how much polish you put into the game, it feels so good. The audio was also very nice in accompanying the UI smoothness, great job!

wow thats fast, thanks for playing

Yeah the bunny sword is kinda broken on that level lol. Thanks for playing tho!
