How does the game fit into the theme?
This game fits the theme in 2 ways:
1. Your lil goons keep moving forward even when you least want them to (into a pit of spikes)
2. It is a fail forward game. Each retry randomises your items so you can try again with a different approach.

What premade assets did you use if any?
All assets were made during the jam.

What are the Discord usernames of everyone on your team?

This was fun! More playground than game, kind of makes me think of a Lemmings “free play” mode. Good times!

good world build!

This is a great game, it really reminds me of mosa lina, but having to imagine and plan a route for the lil goons is a completely different challenge. Great work !

This is a great little puzzler, each mechanic is fun to mess around with and learn, and randomizing them for each room is a great way to add replayability.

Chaotic indeed! Take the time to figure out what each element does and see them all fly. Silly little things. Music was just right, gameplay was smooth as well. The game has a lot of potential imo!

You made this masterpiece...by yourself?...you're too powerful to be kept alive.

I'm a big fan of games with these kinds of emergent behaviours (Mosa, Bopl, Mortol) and I can definitely see the inspiration, hahah

I really like what you've done with this game and its cool to see how you've used the Mosa Lina formula and made it into something unique!

Developer

I love the emergent behaviour stuff too, glad you enjoyed! Also I appreciate the reccomendations (I've heard of but not played Mosa but defs not the other 2) :))

Super creative game! I had lots of fun playiing this. I knew Mosa Lina from a stream I watched a few months back, it seemed a great game that I ended up never picking up.

Music/SFX is great, visuals are great, this is a very solid entry.

The levels after the tutorial are also randomized, yeah? I noticed I was getting lots of different levels with different patterns, and some had different colors and portal positions but a similar layout. When I played for the second time I noticed they were all different! I think randomizing the levels did very well for the replayability. This game is a fun playground. Great job!

Developer

Yea the placements of the key objects have a few randomised positions on each map, it really helps to keep the game fresh across many resets. Haha playground is the perfect word for it, thanks for playing!

Developer(+1)

haha very chaotic and well... let's just say a lot of levels

Submitted(+1)

This feels chaotic but in a good way. All the different items were fun to see how they interacted with the little dudes

Developer(+1)

Haha chaotic is a very apt description, thanks for playing!

AMAZING! I love the idea and the changing colors and everything! Though I think you chould get a second try with the same items, otherwise it is a bit frustrating when something just should have been a tiny bit more left or something.

This concept is so creative!

Developer

I considered retrying with the same items but I feel it adds to the chaotic experimentation feel to constantly be switching. Thanks for playing and for the feedback!
