I didn't have enough time to look at the characteristics of the mobs I received, or maybe I didn't see how it was done.

How does the game fit into the theme?
The project fits the "KEEP MOVING FORWARD!" theme because there are infinite waves of miners that keep coming over and over to your cave and try to get all the minerals. Users cannot just place towers in one section due to the greedy mentality that the miners possess. They only want to push forward and make themselves rich at your expense.
What premade assets did you use if any?
We used music obtained from Pixabay.com and we provided credits to all sounds that may or may not have been used in the game. Some did not make the cut but we still want to give them credit.

What a fun way of interpreting the theme! 5 thumbs up!
The game art is amazing. I love how the game page looks and how the background syncs with the banner (this inspired the look of my game page, hehe). Really liked the different types of enemies and the breeding mechanic; I think it was quite a unique take on upgrades :)
Really cool game! Art, music, and concept is great. Some critiques are to maybe add some sounds for attacks, some stats for the breeded monsters, and to crank the difficulty up.

Really really neat game you guys! Gorgeous art, really cool concept, am very eager to see more.
Only feedback I have is I'm a bit lost as to what stats the resulting breeding monsters would have. Probably good to have damage numbers show up with each hit, that'd give so much more info like how much HP each miner has, how often and how much dmg each hit deals, etc.
Cool game! It seemed pretty easy to beat every wave if you just spam towers at the beginning. Crazy we both made tower defence games lol, well done
Thank you for trying our game! We wanted to make sure that there are zome strategic zones to set up a stronger defense later on. There will be times where you may need to sacrifice an ore to prolong your survival!

Like the idea, but I didn't really understood what happened when I breeded monsters together. Would have been nice to have a way to tell how the stats of the new monster would be modified based on the parent, maybe with a random luck factor chance thrown in there.
Except for that, solid art and nice gameplay loop.
A music slider would have been nice :P
P.S. I think I encountered a bug? The wave says there's 1 enemy left, but it never comes and the next wave button doesn't show up :(

It's amazing how you guys made allat in just a week, just wow. Congratulations! :D
The concept is cool and the vibes are great. Some monsters stat are impossible to see though, and I don't understand why the prices seem irrelevant to the stats. Furthermore, twice I encountered a bug where the last enemy just didn't spawn (at max speed, if that's relevant). Once at wave 1, the other at wave 11. That aside, what is there is interesting and fun. I've never played a "combine the towers to make them stronger" tower defense game.

In regards to the stats, we didn't notice that the stats were being hidden by the New Wave button until yesterday!
Stats, prices and health have yet to be properly balanced due to time constraints but will definitely be in the future!
As for the 1 eneny remaining bug, we were made aware of this issue later on as well and were not able to submit the fix ;(
Wow that's a lot of art for this jam! Impressive work though I think the initial map feels a bit daunting with all the decorations at first. The breed mechanic is soo cool! I loved my cyclops mixed with spirit to laser beam my foes... Cool game!
Thank you! we are glad that you like the game and the breeding system. In terms of art,I really enjoy making assets and wanted to push myself to the limits! That being said, the code is even more impressing!
As for the map, you are absolutely correct. We were meant to add a light system to mimic the darkness in a cave. The idea was that this would being all the attention to the lanterns left by other miners. Sadly time constraints didn't allow it.
