The music hits the spot. Concept is awesome. Cant click on the Play butt had to figure out you need to be with the ship on it, but nice game.

It's a cool idea and visuals are solid. Unfortunately the game is a little difficult, because the red zone is super small and I don't have supernatural reflexes to avoid getting shot from 5 pixel distance, but since death doesn't work it's forgivable :)
I think the store is a cool idea too, I farmed money to get colours I like and then played normally.
There is also very little feedback when getting hit.
I'd suggest to ask Skyan and/or Hammy to see if you are allowed to upload a version that doesn't have death disabled :)
As for actual feedback, not much new compared to the other comments: I liked how the game looks and the idea but not sure if having the red zone always be on that part of the screen was the correct decision as the rest of the screen is now kind of wasted space.
Thanks for playing i think personal I'm just going to wait and upload the fixed version after the jam is over because I'm not the biggest fan of messaging people and and the game can still be played even with it and the red zone staying in the same spot was something i though about changing but decide to add the shop and money to give some reason to not stay only at the top of the screen.
This was fun and a cool idea! Interesting risk/reward having to go into the enemy zone to progress but then collecting cash in the easier (but still intense) area. I liked the music a lot too! Great work! :D
A nice idea and interesting bullet patterns. I like the "stay in a zone to progress time" mechanic but I'd rather have it be zones spread around or moving. Being near a spawner can feel pretty random when you get hurt and it feels like the rest of the screen is just wasted spacee.
Pretty fun, it's a shame you uploaded a version with death disabled. Also, the top of the screen bug mentioned in another comment (top right, for me) persisted all the way until the green enemy spawned, before that I was able to completely avoid all damage.
I like how fluid the controls feel, was a little difficult to avoid the projectiles while staying in the red area but overall a very cool game!
Great job! I did want to mention, I think if you fly to the very top of the screen, you can't get shot.
Very unique concept and a challenging one for sure. The controls are a bit floaty / acceleration based which made it hard to be precise, but since the zone is fairly small it wasn't too bad.
