Amazing game! Love the idea of the upgrades and the visuals are really unique! One thing that was a bit confusing was the iso perspective because it was hard to see if you are standing in the line of the bullets or not :)
Last year I made a game jam bullet hell that had neon glowing bullets, and a few years back a game with randomized upgrades (upon death), and this game just improved and blew those concepts out of the water.
This is hands down one of the nicest looking games and the upgrades with a chance + altering them with the coins you get really fit the jam theme perfectly. Great job!!!
Awesome art style looked and sounded great.
Thanks everyone for trying our game out! I've been trying my best to return the favor by taking the time to play and rate your great games when possible.
This is the the most beautiful art I have seen yet, it is very aesthetically pleasing! I really liked the concept of the angled camera! But the perspective and the player hitboxes were confusing.
Incredibly cool game, the visuals and sound are top notch!
I absolutely love the black and white asthetic. The music was top notch. I had difficulty understanding the perspective view at times, like when I would and wouldn’t in line of sight. I know you tried to mitigate this with the “shadows”, but it wasn’t clear as I was playing it. This is a very clean and polished game, you should be proud of yourselves!
Looks very clean graphically, with even the player shadow blending with others looking very cool
i tried to change weapon and exploded while fighting a boss and bursted laughing from that , it was great
Super cool take on th theme !
I really enjoyed the way the upgrade system works with the whole “choose a la roguelike” but with the coin’s added twist of increasing your chances. I didn’t imediately understood the full system at first but once it clicked i was hooked.
The visual style is also pretty interesting with the whole neon vibe going, as for the music, absolute banger ! can’t say anything else \m/ è_é
This also feels really polished for a jam game, plus there are quite a few levels on offer here (managed to reacxh level 5 max so i don’t know how much more there is)
You guys did great congrats !
Impressive visual approach, great atmosphere!
Very cool aesthetics! Took a bit to get used to dodging enemy bullets.
We love bloom in this household, I like the mechanic of the coins, very fitting for the consequences, and good for like resource management. It is a very fun game!
Very nice visuals and the gameplay feels good :)
Not a bad game made. The topic is well covered, many even forgot about it) Visually very well done, neon 3d. The gameplay seems to be a bit unresponsive, but in general the game is very good, add more visual effects, make the plot and progression and you will even get a good project. I will be grateful if you play my game and leave your opinion.
Great game! Visuals and audio give good vibes, the gameplay is solid and the gamble mechanic is good.
As someone already mentioned, there are some missing feedbacks but I think you did an impressive job with the game nonetheless. Great job guys!
Very cool game! I liked the art style and enjoyed the gameplay too. Great work!
same game same revue! keep going mate i enjoyed it
I had a good time wit this. I really enjoyed the aesthetic kind of makes me think of a tron noir.
