Hi,

I recently played both the normal mode and the boss rush mode of your game.

The game looks really cool and stands out with its very unique and funny visuals. The art style is quite creative and adds a lot of personality to the gameplay experience.

The sound design is good too, complementing the visuals nicely. However, I did find the screen a bit overloaded at times, which made it slightly challenging to keep track of everything happening. A bit more clarity or reduction in visual clutter could improve the experience.

The concept of having different bosses based on the casualties is very interesting and fits the game jam theme perfectly. It adds a strategic element to the game, encouraging players to think carefully about their actions and the consequences.

Overall, you've done a fantastic job. I really enjoyed playing your game and appreciate the effort and creativity that went into making it.

Keep up the great work! I’m looking forward to seeing what you create next :)

Hi,

Thank you for playing my game and for your nice feedback. I have created a new version with a static camera and endless waves. I will upload it when the jam is over. It's definitely better than before. At the moment, I'm working on the enemies' movement.

I'm glad you like the bats. :)

The game looks good. I love the reload UI. It's a very tough game. I would suggest making it a bit easier at the beginning. I wish I could make the game fullscreen. Great work! :)

I love the visuals and the sound of the game. The eating mechanic is great but a bit overpowered, and the difficulty is a bit too low. The theme consequences is not really implemented. Overall, I had fun playing the game. Keep up the good work! :)

Very nice visuals and the gameplay feels good :)

Hi,

I like the retro feel that the game gives me. The sound is great.

I would like to see a high score feature and a better implementation of the theme "Consequences."

Overall, it's a great and fun game :)

Keep up the great work!

The difficulty is too high, especially at the beginning, which can be quite challenging for new players. It might be helpful to adjust the initial difficulty to make the game more accessible and enjoyable from the start.

On a positive note, I really like the visuals. The graphics are great and add a lot to the overall experience :)

Hi,

The difficulty curve starts off a bit high, which can be challenging.

However, I really like the time mechanic. It's a great feature that allows you to choose a caplet buff and debuff, emphasizing the theme of consequences in your decisions.

To make the game more accessible, I recommend easing the difficulty at the beginning.

A tutorial level would be helpful for learning the game mechanics.

One small suggestion: it would be nice if the gears in the background slowed down when using the time skill.

Overall, I had a lot of fun playing the game; the gameplay is both enjoyable and innovative :)

Hi,

Thank you very much for taking the time to play my game and for your nice and honest feedback! :)

The movement is indeed a part of the theme. What do you think about the health recovery mechanic? Did you notice it?

I agree with you that the enemies need improvement. I will change the movement and try different projectile patterns.

So yeah, the wave 7 thing is a bug... I noticed it too late. Big sorry for that.

The game is planned as an endless wave game. I will upload an updated version when the jam is over.

Thanks for the suggestions. I will try to improve the game over time.

It was my first real game jam, and I had a lot of fun creating this game. I look forward to being part of the community and participating in more jams.
