Really enjoyed the game! Love the music and the art it fits together perfectly. Also love the swearing that comes out of the car found it really funny. Overall a very good game and very addicting as well :)

Honestly, this is my favorite game so far for this competition. The controls are so simple and it feels quite addicting. The Music is nice and relaxing and the special affects crack me up! All I have to say is that I wish there was a checkpoint function. That would make this a bit more fun especially because it took me like 3 runs to figure out the wings also caused you to gain altitude, not just maintain altitude like I initially thought.

I completely agree with you about the checkpoint system and I'm a little frustrated I didn't prioritize that more in the beginning since I think it would have really improved the experience for a lot of people. The music was damn nice. I felt that the car tended to swerve a little too much at times......either way, damn nice :)
Thank you, I really appreciate the feedback. I spent a lot of time trying different force modes for the steering and I agree it can feel a little "swervy" at times and I originally hard even harder levels where you had to really use momentum around the potholes to dodge them, but it was way too hard haha.

The explosion doesn't fit the game's artstyle and shadows make it really hard to see the potholes, but other than that the game is great.
Thank you! I agree that the shadows can be tough and the art styles don’t really mesh but that mix of realistic particles, cartoony environment and pixel text/graphics felt kinda fun to me, and mostly I just love sweet explosion and magic effects :)
It's really enjoyable! You might consider making hole colliders a little bit smaller (player friendly), also it remind me Road Fighter so, NICE JOB!

A solid little game, the one tweak i might make is putting a little outline around the potholes as they can be very hard to see, especially in shadows. Overall fun little jam.
Thank you! I actually did play with outlines a lot and to me it just felt a little easy when you could see the potholes so clearly. I agree it’s tough but I like the challenge that the shadows present and even thought about adding a moving light source so that throughout the game it would change which potholes were being hidden. Great Game, simple game mechanics but they change up over the course of the game keeping it interesting. Also potholes fits the theme so well, I wish I had thought of it haha. Good Job! :)
Thank you! I had a few ideas initially, it was between this, a portal game like a lot of other people or some type of gardening game where you planted food in holes. I really wanted to give driving a try for my first 3D venture and I’m glad I did :)
Cool and simple concept design! I had fun driving the car, controls felt good. I like that the tree shadows make it harder to see the pot holes. Really clever idea for the theme! My hometown had terrible potholes haha. The low-poly 3d model style looks great and nice sound too! Keep it up~ Great job submitting a game to the jam! Please check out mine when you have time :)

LOVED that the car could talk, not sure why that got to me so much haha. I wish the game was just a little more challenging! And I also was constantly being surprised at what was next, great job!

This is one catchy song! I really like the graphics. My girlfriend said it reminds her of the streets on our own city so make of that what you will haha

Simple, proven mechanics. The environment is well built. The music and sounds are well selected. I like when the car emits the horn sound and the text box appears. I have been listening to it in the background for ten minutes just going by itself and sometimes beeping, then it explodes.
