Very charming game!! I really enjoyed the rules, especially the part about dipping your biscuit in the tea for more damage. It definitely was a lot of fun! One critique I have is that the tutorial felt very long. In addition to maybe implementing a skip button like others have suggested, it might be more engaging if you got someone to voice act the tutorial! Well done overall!!

Oh hello fellow wonderland-inspired game designer! Man! The art and Slay the spire inspired game! Love everything (but please implement AWSD).

I loved the visuals and I liked the idea of a "slay the spire! but everything gets an optional rng check on top.
But the enitre game also played way too slow. The tutorial is way, way, way too long and goes on forever, the main map until you get to the first fight is stretched out too far and when you get to the first fight,... it has 50 HP.

Took me forever to get through the first fight, because I dunked a lot of my biscuits and lost a lot of those rng checks (which looked like they were 50% based on the temperature of the tea, but I had a feeling it was actually 20%, which made me wonder if I was just unlucky or I read the meter wrong, so would be really good to add an actual chance here), so the reward for risking things was that everything got slowed down, which felt like not a good risk reward.

I think this would have been a lot of fun, but just the pacing of the game felt unrewarding. But, I think this could be a really fun game if you fixed those things.

The game was fun, intresting take on "Alice in the Wonderland", although the movement controls felt a bit off, maybe if there had been a better distincion between walkable path and non-walkable path or a point and click movement it would've felt better, but overall the mechanics were solid.

Beautiful painting!

That was very impressive. The concept is unique, and the execution is the top level.

This game was great, and the art went above and beyond for such a short period! One issue I did have was that the intro dialogue felt a bit too long, especially since the how-to-play was also in the game description. I had to refresh my game page because the bottom of the game was cut off for me, so I had to go through all the intro dialogue again.

We are very sorry for that (We have experienced your pain). We will add a skip button for the tutorial.

I adore how much attention to detail was put into the artwork! Especially the enemies. And I love your take on the theme with using Alice in Wonderland too! The risky "dunk" mechanic with the tea was really interesting.
I thought the tutorial at the beginning could've been a bit shorter, but I suppose the rambling fits the rabbit's character.  A "skip" tutorial button would be nice as I saw someone suggested.

Thanks for the feedback! We (as a team) haggled endlessly over whether there should be a skip tutorial button!

Fantastic. Very polished; love the biscuit/card theme with Alice. Love the risk mechanic and how it integrates with the biscuit effects. Lighting tea on fire is great. Great art, good gameplay.

Incredible. Perfect concept and execution. In such a short time frame. Eventhough I can't get past the Queen, I think I might have found my Jam's favourite. Title. Outside of audio, perfect scores all around as far as I am concerned. Bravo <3

Thank you so much!

This is such a unique idea. I played it for quite a bit and I really like the idea. I like the little extra loot I can get on the map. The theme was really cool to me and I loved the way the biscuits are drawn, they look very appetising. One thing I noticed is the dialogue at the start was very long, I would've loved an option to skip and kinda learn things myself since that's how I like to play. Congratulations on such a unique and enjoyable game, the concept is super interesting and has the potential to be something fully fleshed out. Such a great job in a week's time only!

Thank you very much! I definitely think I'll add a skip button to the tutorial after the game jam ends

I haven't left a rating yet because I'm not sure how to play.

Could you post the controls? I'm not sure how to drunk biscuits.

Done! Thanks.
