How does the game fit the theme?
I interpreted the theme 'nothing can go wrong' as that you are not allowed to make any mistakes at all. As such, I made a game about a very high risk scenario (walking on a tight rope) where if you make any mistakes it could lead to your death. And in this case if you make any mistakes at all, it leads to your reset.

This is great removing two key makes it a much more enjoyable rhythm game
Made it to 235. A simple enough rhythm game, only this time with nothing but myself to keep the time. I enjoyed this, and could definitely see myself losing an hour of my time to this if I'm not careful. I do think you should add a slight bit of randomness to the pitch of the sound effect when it is hit so that it doesn't become annoying due to overexposure. The art for the game was also verry well made, so cudos for that. Good job!

Simple and fun. Made it to 293. Had to turn down the volume because the sound was becoming a bit annoying, but I had fun.

Will say, I did not realize it was going to be a rhythm-type game and got really confused why I just kept dying at the begin. Thought I had to use the arrow keys to balance and that was not the case lol. Was in fact expecting it to be a QWOP-like or just a game focused on the Tony Hawk / Skateboarding games grinding mechanics. Since it is super simple, I don't really have a lot of feedback. It would be cool if there was a narrative or a win condition. Maybe even some sort of exploration of the mechanics you have in so far. Like situations where you have to dodge birds or even deal with heavy winds.
Honestly, I'm nitpicking and just going on a tangent as this point. Neat game!

Yeah I would have liked to make it more clear but I was running out of time, I tried to time it so that if you die at the start you will see the arrows coming down at the end and get an idea of what you have to do for the next attempt. Thanks for the feedback though!
Very enjoyable, very brainrot. It's asimple, it reminds me most of dino-run(the one you can play if you have no wi-fi).

Very enjoyable game, all i can say is the sound is kinda annoying at higher speed.
