Amazing Game! The increasing complexity is really fun to figure out.  The best part was trying to figure out what the symbols meant and how they would affect the gameplay. The art style worked great. The sound effects and music complemented the game well. This game was a great interpretation of the theme. Well done.

Glad to hear you liked the mystery-solving aspect of the cryptic symbols! Was definitely a gamble for a jam game haha

An interesting  game with a constraint that increases in difficulty over time. It would be nice if the effects were tutorialised so I knew what to expect. Sound design was neat. Maybe more levels with a bigger platform, or different geometry could be fun (maybe random level generation??). I liked the interaction between the different colours and how the player could interact with the game world (as it increases in complexity over time).

I didn't really understand this game. A description of what the symbols mean (using words) would be more intuitive. I think that stepping on a tile corresponding to a rule causes something to happen, but I don't know what happens.

Nice little game, I really enjoyed it! I wish there was more explanation about what effect does what and a tutorial level. Anyway, interesting puzzle concept, maybe not fitting the theme, but it's ok!

Fun game, but I had to come back to it after reading the comments to understand the mechanics. I think you can reiterate the tutorial in the description on the game page. Overall I enjoyed it, good job!

Really creative game. i just beat it the first time. Nice Artwork, nice music, nice animation.

I had a great time with this! Thank you :)

This is PRETTY, love that shader and his jazzy vibes 🎷(also visual polish all around is fire)

I wasn't able to fully figure out how that board reset mechanic works which prevented me from completing the game.

Developer

yeah I definitely could've tutorialized better, you need exactly 4 coins to clear the cracks, and you can only do it while you're creating a new rule

This is a really fun game! But I got so scared the first time I died, I thought it was gonna be a jumpscare or something.
