43 deaths? Damn, you are really good in bullet hells :D

Thanks a lot!

Thanks a lot!

Thanks!

Do you use chrome? Sometimes it is possible that your acceleration is off for browser, it is worth (not only for our game) to turn in on!

You can find the instructions on the game page description, it you decide to turn it on.

Thanks a lot! Even though it was done specifically to make it possible to beat without death, even my personal best was 19 deaths 😅

Mixing keys got me! But (not on the first try, so I heard quiet claps too!) finally did it.

I want to notice exceptional sound work. It is done great!

(btw is it a Monty Python reference?)

Wow, that's really good score, better than some of our devs - and they play the game 6 days straight :D

Thanks for the review! Disorienting effect was added just to give us a chance to play a little bit with post-processing :)

Hard, but a fun game! I had a fun time playing minigames, wish there were more of them :)

Great game, concept, and game design - especially loved 8 lvl: "What can I do here?" haha.

I wish there was a button to fast-forward a robot a little bit - on later stages, you start to wait too much time.

But it is so minor thing that it didn't even reflect on my score - amazing game.

Great idea to mix a shooting game, a puzzle game, and classical rules known by everyone. Had fun playing the game! It is a bit hard though, and becomes repetitive if you die a lot (like me)

Great game!

I'll definitely need more than 3 levels! Do you plan to make a post-jam version?

Nice and sweet concept! It would be great to also have a "hardcore" mode where you don't have a text "order ..." on the photo :D

I enjoyed it, but never had 160 :)

Great game! It was interesting to try different mini-games, especially to understand the blue-orange one.

The only thing I would change is the movement when the camera changes the angle - you either shouldn't change it at all, or remap inputs.

Amazing game! Loved the first fourth wall break and the puzzles afterward. I overthought mirror one and tried to put the word itself in the code, but it was easier than I thought :D

P.S. I love playing these types of games, if you like them too, you can check similar type of game on my page (it is not for this hackathon) - there you need to use real social networks to solve the puzzles (I hope these weren't deleted because of being inactive :D)

Thanks!

We plan to add more levels! We already add some but didn't publish it, since content-based updates are forbidden :)

Somehow, space and enter didn't help in my case to skip dialogue, not sure why :)
This is why it was hard for me to find specific button to skip it. But it is highly possible that something in my setup was wrong.

Great game nevertheless!

Fun game, but I had to come back to it after reading the comments to understand the mechanics. I think you can reiterate the tutorial in the description on the game page. Overall I enjoyed it, good job!

Great game, enjoyed it from the start to the end.

Sometimes a bit hard to understand, what each item does, but with the try / learn loop it is possible.

Amazing style and atmosphere. I didn't expect what would happen if you failed, that was very refreshing!

I would suggest you add in description that you skip dialogues with "c" because they appear before actual tutorial tell you about this button,

Art and music are amazing, also like the gameplay with upgrades and hand system.

The first level is too hard though and the green goo on the walls is inconsistent. One or two checkpoints in the middle would help. Other than that amazing style /vibe / atmosphere / gameplay combination.

I made pie and had a nice calm time. What else does a man need?

I tried a new version! That’s really addictive game, I really like the games with two different gameplay loops. Overall great entry! If you plan to develop game further, I added some unasked advice below :D

I understand that there was enough time for add it to the gamejam version (we also didn’t add A LOT of the stuff in our game), but it would be great if you add these things (if you decide to develop the game further):

  • Player will get bonus from the spaceship part that goes into the steal part - e.g. faster running or something else - so make it “you play one mini game but improve in another” dual-sided
  • Explanation what each bonus do (and if they are the same, maybe make them different? - e.g. multiplier step increase / overall multiplier bonus on to height / more time / …)
  • Make the grandad move slower 😅 it was too fast to increase tension, more like “you see him, you go away”

Very cute visuals and flow (haha get it?) of the game.

I also didn't expect what happens to you when you lose your tire.

High score are unreachable though :D

When I try to get something in "collect" phase (pressing Enter), the game freezes :(

I'd love to try it after the fix (or maybe I do something wrong :D), so please ping me when I can try it again!

It's a very simple, but fun concept - easy to learn, hard to master!

I also liked the voiceover a lot.

Thanks, LryKo! What would be your feedback regarding a number of levels? Is it enough / too much / too little?

My high score - share yours in the comments too!

Hey! Very interested in the feedback even more than rating - also to check if it is not too hardcore. Please check out

Hi!
I played all the levels for 3 stars, so it is possible, but very hard though
