How does the game fit the theme?
You have to maintain an engine where things will constantly go wrong. So you have to fixed the issues to ensure that "nothing can go wrong"
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
everything!
I started with most of the art first seeing as that is what I am confident in.
After that I learnt how to do the code while coding the game ( if by some miracle you can access the code... please don't... its... its not very pretty xD)
I usually participate in Jams with a buddy that does all of the coding things, but this time we wanted to challenge ourselves and see if we can each solo develop a game for a Jam!
For the audio I mainly found a bunch of free sounds online (freesoundcommunity on pixabay mostly, but not all)and mixed and matched them and tweaked them as I wanted.

Beautiful game with a good approach to the sound part. I liked it.
I think a good option would be to give the player the ability to fully control the keyboard, without pre-selecting each panel.
I would be glad if you rate our game and leave a review, too.
Thank you for playing! I felt that when I made to the player can interact with the whole board, Its was too easy, as the player could just hold down a lot of the buttons and that broke the balance of the game. Just by holding down "Q" and "W" you essentially take away half of the game and it wasn't really fun. But thank you for the feedback! I will play and rate your game!
Managed to win on my second go around, found it very enjoyable! It was very smart to have the player only able to access one panel at a time and use different buttons for the panels to add extra depth to the gameplay. The Audio work for each of the components was also very good!
Thank you very much! As long as you enjoyed it, I am very happy!
I loved playing this game! My heart was pounding the whole time! The art style fits perfectly, and the music adds so much to the atmosphere. Making this solo must’ve been tough, but the results are truly fascinating!
Thank you very much! Though not sure what music your talking about xD Assuming you mean the SFX, but I appreciate it. I am glad you enjoyed it so much!
i dont know why but the last 30 second the health started decreasing rapidly but all the stuff was fine. i lost when there's only 10 second left to winning and no engine were broken. overall the gameplay make you a bit nervous cause all you do is just holding the button hoping the fixing make it in time, imagine the chaos if we can just rapidly pressing it, testing our skill it and quickness.
Yes, I made it so that as the game would go on, then the health bar would drain SLIGHTLY faster, reaching its max drain rate after 3 mins.
But as you fix the fuses, the valve and the breaker then their cooldowns would become a little bit shorter as well. So if you focus to fix everything as soon as possible, you can get their cooldowns shorter faster, which means you can stand a chance near the end when the health drains really fast. But if you take your time with the fixing, especially at the beginning or try to cheese the health bar by using an exploit like self sabotaging the breaker to get health back, then all your doing is wasting time and lowering your chance to win.
Very intricate, and I admit its maybe a bit TOO difficult xD. But its still doable.
Thank you for playing! And thanks for the feedback!
Super fun little plate-juggling experience! Loved the details, the diegetic sound sliders, and the physicality of each panel. I was gonna say that needing to click into each panel seemed like a needless addition, but given the scope of the game I think it did actually create some extra tension as you have to make sure you're focused on the right panel which might be difficult if you're low on time.
I second some of the other notes that would have liked to see more animations, but this is already incredibly impressive for learning how to code it as you went! And it's a perfect fit for the theme. Excellent work!
Beautiful art style made me to play this game. I struggled and then I checkec tutorial and it made it easier to understand. I couldn't be mechanic for sure.
I love how it feels you are operating a real machine, makes me think of that old multiplayer mobile game about keeping the spaceship going. Is this beatable? ahah
Yes, it is beatable. Thank you for playing! Glad you enjoyed it
Very cool concept and interface.
Could use more small animations (for example the power knob could shake when trying to start the generator)
Yes, was trying to figure out camera shake, but time ran a bit short unfortunately, but thank you for playing and glad you enjoyed it!
Seems complex but it's quite simple. Fun and for a small game it doesn't get too repetitive.
Thank you!
Stress inducing but once the valve comes in then all tension is relieved. Very fun once you get the hang of it
Thank you for playing, glad you enjoyed it!
Fun game loop!
Summary: Overall very fun once you get the controls down (even if there was bug). UI is well integrated into the game scene (music/SFX). Great art, and nice experience when you win the game. Doesn't feel clunky.

What I want to see improve:
Seems like a fun idea and is fairly stressful, would love to see a replay button (if i just missed it sorry) but great job!
Nice and stressfull, lovely art style and just about enough life left when i won :)
Nice! Well done! Thank you for playing
Wow! It's really cool especially as a solo project. I love how you did the art first, because it came together and its nice you got each parts to do their own unique thing! I may not be a great mechanic but great job on this jam :D
Thank you very much! Glad you enjoyed it
I really liked this game! Although it was really difficult, on my second playthrough i finally retired, and moved to a cabin in Wyoming.
Interesting, pretty cool. I enjoyed it.
I really enjoyed it! The graphics are fit for this kind of game. It was challenging but fair and it was fun to play despite its simplicity
