I'm currently sick but on the weekend I'll get better, so that's why I'm starting to work on the weekend and sadly I cannot run unity, my pc blows when running unity and I didn't even try to run unreal lol.
Even though I'm sick I can still talk with you about the project!
Hello, I'm thinking about developing a simple roguelike where you attack with waves, I'll start working on it on saturday-sunday.
What i'm looking is for help on the game visual design, music design. If interested on anything else, for example working on coding or want to do another thing, please contact me.
I'm glad to take suggestions, change my original idea or change some design decisions of the project.
If anyone is interested respond this post and i'll send you my discord name :)
Usually on game jams it's better to use some premade assets by you or by another person, that helps you with the time constraint. The idea is that what you build even if it is taking other game pieces and put it together is made entirely on the gamejam.
I would say that you could even take some code that you made or some code that is available on the internet to help you in this work
Nice, maybe you could add each key separately, because pressing 3 keys at the same time don't work on my keyboard, take a key with the input or unhandled input function, check if that key is in the keys possibles (if key in listOfKeys) and then make the logic for pressing 3 each time and then delete the 3 inputs, overall an interesting concept, a little bit hard to understand.
Nice, Great audio, I would say that the game needs to be controlled only by the keyboard, instead of clicking make the player press a number from 1 to 3 or 4 and that triggers the repair, also in my monitor the game was overflowing so I could't see the time left (1600:900). Overall a good idea for a game, the game was more of a rithm type of game, but I'm more of fast paced kind of games, so I would loved that the keys could be pressed at any speed (personal preference)
