Cool idea. Interesting player movement. I'd love to see a little QoL refinement on selecting tracks. It might make sense to auto-rotate the track piece to line up with the previous (or adjacent) piece, then the player could rotate it if they need to. Requiring extra clicks just to make it line up with the previous track piece doesn't really increase the satisfaction.

How does the game fit the theme?
The game is about a lazy train worker who decides to sleep in a bit too long. Nothing can go wrong he thought. He was wrong... Scramble to lay down the tracks and pick up passengers in time.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?

found this game really fun and I really liked the spicy sound effects and the cute pixel graphics, the music is also really nice. I also found out I could put the train in an infinite loop then just build the track while it was going so I kind of felt like I was cheesing the game. I personally think that clicking on the ui buttons to select a new track is a little tedious imo, just pressing a key on the keyboard could be nice. great job on the game guys!
OK, this is really fun. The music really intensifies the moment, and a very smart game mechanics. Really fit the theme well, especially all the mistakes players made along the way. I think game might need some balancing or controls needs to have easier access to, so instead of drag and drop, can use keys to select tracks. This way, player can do action faster, and can really immerse themselves.
Fun and hectic! Took me a few goes to realise I could rotate the tracks but I might have missed or forgot and instruction. Loved the animation at the start. Also, i feel like it would be nice if I could place one piece of track after another instead of having to select the same piece again. This could have been for balance reasons though. Still very fun! Good job!
It was very fun! I loved the animation and the music went hard! I think the game is missing shortcuts to the different pieces you can build!
Fantastic! I loved all the visual and sound effects, it's really fun (especially the introduction)
Gameplay is also good, I really liked this race against time (or against train? lol) to put the tracks, but I wish there was a way the tracks with keyboard input, although I know it's probably meant to be a mouse based game... Maybe if I were able to use a track more than once?
Other than that, great submission, keep it up!
the pixel art is good, gameplay is super frantic and fun! also the opening sequence was SOOOOOOO cool
super cool and funny intro. and really well done on the sounds as well. wish there were hotkeys or I could drag when placing to place more at once, and I didn't realize right click to rotate for a bit . Great game.
Was really surprised by intro animation and sound design! The game itself has a good sound and art but I UI was a bit not understandable
Amazing job on the intro, I loved it. The gameplay was snappy and fun too, although I was pretty bad at it lol. The music and sound effects were also spot on.
The game has very good visuals, audio and gameplay but I think a clearer tutorial would be helpful.
The vibes are immaculate! The art is so funny and good and consistent, the SFX were cute, the game is fun, but lowkey hella hard, I cannot make it far, are there controls to select the tracks without clicking, bc I cannot make it past 2 points. This is really sick tho, feels like a full game I would get on my phone, great job guys!!!
Very cute art style! The voices being a bit muddied over really reminds me of retro games with voice overs. Very unique idea for the game too, simple yet really addictive!
