Very nice. I always like simple rulesets from which complex stuff emerges. Like one glitch button - that is used to warp through obstacles, kill enemies, can be combined with jump and side movement. That's great. Also the detail in visuals, sounds, even tutorial tips are animated - makes new player catch the game in no time!

What do you like about your game?
I like all the assets I was able to make for this game using my combined skills, and that I can actually make a video game :)

Zapping through walls is a lot of fun! I do wish we had checkpoints so that dying wasn't as punishing especially at first when we're still figuring out the dash. Overall it's a cool concept and fun to play.
Nice game, and nice graphics! The controls aren't bad (although, it would be nice if the "glitch" still worked if it was pressed at the same time as the direction key)
Glitching has a tendency to get you stuck in walls, throwing you into inta-kill pit, or just out right kill you. But I suppose that's on brand for a glitch!
Congrats on your first (?) game! Pretty cool art and visual effects. I think the dash sometimes felt like it was missing enemies, and it was a bit difficult to figure out where you would land. Still, this definitely has some potential if the mechanics are fleshed out some more!
Really nice game, very cool teleporting mechanic! I just wish it was a bit longer, but its pretty cool and very polished!
Surreal experience! I love that it has "glitching" as a way of moving around. :D
That was really cool, it took a bit of time to get a good feel for how far you teleport but once you do the level design feels great!
I think this game has some great concepts in here. The main character has a pretty good design, and the opening cutscene is cool, especially because it's a game jam game! That said, I really had a hard time figuring out where to go in the second level. I also didn't notice that glitching into walls makes you lose health. I think with some more time, this game could be quite cool, especially the ideas that are there. Overall, this game has some nice ideas, the graphics are pretty good, especially the background sprites, although the gameplay was a bit of a struggle.
Cool idea! I think that the glitch slide mechanic could be improved. Maybe instead of having a cooldown after each use, add a gauge so players could do some combos or whatever.
Glitching through the walls could be encouraged instead of punished, with the addition of this gauge, and only make the character take damage if the gauge runs out when you are inside the wall.
PS: I was having trouble at first because it's not well explained that you lose health by glitching through the walls.
what a fun idea! i thought phasing into walls was a bug at first until i notice my hp going to almost zero after spamming it to go the ends of the earth xd. the hp reduction is a really neat trade off to being able to pass through walls and skip different sections of the game (also helps inform the player to think about their positioning when phasing). i can imagine how crazy routing would be for speedrunning a game like this if they have to take this phasing sequence breaking mechanic into account!
i also like how fun and playful the sequence in the beginning was. the art in the game is also really nicely colored and drawn (that background especially). great work!
I think this game directions are enough. Character has a special skill and this is logical. But could have been thare are some attack skills or include heath bar. This is a very nice game :)
I liked the intro cutscene! I wasn't sure who the protagonist was though. I liked the phasing mechanic and the only way to heal through defeating enemies. I like how you can also sequence break at a cost to HP. I did find myself walking backwards due to those sequence breaks though, so some direction in the level design would've been nice. Great game! :)
