I really liked the concept and the aesthetic, it was interesting changing between worlds. I just couldn't go past the second room, the controls were a bit too difficult for me :(

This is really good! I love the graphics, the idea is really cool and the implementation works great as a proof of concept, although I do think it needs a bit more polishing for a future release. The keyboard controls were really janky, and I loved it! Felt very authentic to the PS1, even if I was playing on a keyboard. I would like the inclusion of a more "modern" control scheme as an option, though. The biggest issue for me was the music, it was honestly a bit annoying and it didn't help that it looped so frequently. The puzzles need a bit of work, but overall, this is a great entry! I love the transition between worlds and the effects are awesome!
This was a great game. I was playing with keyboard and the controls were a little hard to get used to but despite that I enjoyed it a lot. Really liked the going between two worlds bit and the puzzles were very interesting. Great job man.
I really enjoyed this. It had Superman 64 but good written all over it. The controls were confusing, but I appreciate limiting yourself to PSX pre-dual analog. I made the same choice and suffered the same pain trying to cram camera and movement controls with way less buttons to go around.
This is a great concept, How did you fit it in 18 mb?? mine was like 200+mb
"thats all folks!" ^^ I made it to the end, and got the chalice thing, then swam into the abyss and fell forever in the desert haha Took me a minute to swim up with the box, had to hold I and press w I think was the way to do it. The music loop was mocking me while i tried figuring that out haha ^^
I loved the idea of switching worlds, reminds me of dishonored 2. The music loop gets really annoying tho, the keyboard controls are kind of hard to get used to. But overall really nice game!
Gamepad controls don't actually work besides looking around, keyboard controls are horrible. The music loop is driving me insane. PSX graphics are faithful, and I like the soul reaver-like world shifting. The puzzles are good.
I apologize for the music loop, in fact i had no time to really do a music, It's just a placeholder. There's no gamepad controls at all, i dont't have a game pad to test over. In general the controls was not improved since the first hack code, i just typed in the code and let as is. I spent much time doing the graphic stuff and the mechanics code. I need improve my planning on jams.
Came back to finish the game. I liked the puzzles once I knew how to do them but the box one was just so vague and didn't make sense on how I had to grab and swim with it. I understand there was no actual Gamepad controls so that must've been placeholder code. I do wish there was more. Sorry if I was rather harsh before, I was both tired and hungry at the time lol.
I think this is the only game that successfully fit all the themes of the jam. Very interesting little puzzle game, I wish there was more to it since it seems like you planned for a lot more levels considering all the mechanics you managed to implement.
Great job making this all in 2 weeks
I was following your progress in the discord server and I gotta say, This is great! I love this game, the graphics are amazing and fit the psx style, but I have to say the song is a bit annoying but otherwise I love everything, unique concept and great execution!
The graphics look really nice and fit the PSX atheistic, however the controls are very awkward and the music can get pretty annoying since it's just a 5 second loop.
The controls are convoluted and unusual; although I guess that was an intentional design choice based on "tank controls" from games of the era. The graphics were nice and really fit the 90's theme .
