Okay, so after almost 2 hours I managed to finish the game. Only to be met with this:

Now, is that special mode worth another x hours? What is it? Congrats again on the game its really nice!

*Note, the green level is really hard for some reason. Maybe it messes with my colour blindness a bit or something or there is too much going on with the background music to hear the beats accurately enough.

Its fun but I get the feeling I sometimes lose not cause of my musical timing being off but of a collision check on the beat thing? The FPS does not seem constant maybe. I did play it sandboxed so that may have impacted the performance.

I just can't get past the red stage. How many stages are there or is it infinite?

Great job!

Had fun with this one! Nice polish for a jam game.

Just got to try your jam game. I loved it! It was good fun! Looking forward to your next project.

Lovely game! I really enjoyed playing it. :D

Nice little game, with nice polish and great atmosphere! It reminded me of Lenore, the Cute Little Dead Girl for some reason. :) The only thing I didn't like was the text sound, it annoyed me after hearing it twice. :S

Nice little 3D project! I had some fun with it, I managed to break the game and clip through places I should not have gone and noticed you build the levels on top of each other. ;)

I got stuck at some point but I thought it was a pretty sweet game!

Best Mono entry of the jam! I was impressed with the basic but very effective graphics and lighting. I did not particularly enjoy the combat system sadly. Impressive you did all this work during the jam. Nice job!

This was some cool shit! Its a simple game but works really well with the music and `silly` writing.

It's quite possible you also did not check allow_hidpi in your project settings. ;)

I vote this for best comment of the Jam! :P

It simply did not work for me as intended I think on Windows. No hit detection, no points going up. Only thing that did work was the spin and shoot when pressing A + D.

No worries, everyone has to start somewhere. You could do interesting things with the core mechanics though, let us know on Discord in #updated-jam-games when you have updated and fixed your game. I'll have another look at it. ;)

It's only with your game though, I don't have the source so I can't figure out what is going on and check if it's engine or a config problem.
Might be an idea for you setup a virtual Windows environment for testing?

*edit* Also I posted it here so other people that are running Windows trying to delete their folders after checking out all jam games might be helped. ;)

*edit* It might just be the dot at the end in the name. It's definitely the dot at the end of the game name, easy fix is just to remove that from the game project name.

@toasteater Currently there is also a annoying bug on Windows with your game folder. `C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Roaming\Godot\app_userdata` is corrupted on creation when you run the game and can only be removed if you rename using the x name of the folder in a admin cmd.

For anyone having this problem solution is easy:
- Open admin cmd.
- cd `C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Roaming\Godot\app_userdata`
- dir /x
- ren LAVA~1 (*or wathever the x path is) randomNewName
- The folder is un-corrupted and you can delete is as normal.

Checked, no just the default Nvidia display settings for your app. I don't have this problem with other games so it must be related to your own config. Do you use separate viewports in the game? You could check those individual settings then.

Icons are rough around the edges in normal size and really blurry when maximized.

Windows 8.1. When the window is maximized its a bit better but still blurry on the edges. Watch the screen, of startup window size, in original size or you don't see it.

Kept his one for last, and it did not disappoint. Really nice entry, it's like a simpler and tiny Infinifactory! (Yes that is high praise!)

On a critical note, it could have done with some more graphics options. Also the MainMenu UI looks a lot worse then the in-game corner UI. Font is not rendered correctly or its just a blurry font?

*edit* I actually found the problem using the sourcecode from a older game of toasteater. It was down to the allow hidpi toggle in the project settings. They will add a updated version with the fix later.

"No... Kiru... ???" Buggy as hell, unintentional pun, but nice idea! Dope soundtracks! It's barely playable in the current state though sadly. I did manage to finish it to the "end of the demo". ;) But I scummed my way through it.

Not really using the theme, fun little first project though! Nice to see your NPC non zombie in action! Impressive for the amount of dev time on this. Congrats, and good luck on the next one!

I did not really like the game sorry, I really liked the soundtrack though although not really fitting. When you kill all mobs in the game it freezes and you have won is that correct?

I am sorry, I did not really enjoy it. I hope you had fun learning Godot though! Good luck on next project.

Yeah I think I really did click on the selected block to attempt to unselect it. I was frantically trying to unselect it using different methods for a whole minute before just giving up and watching the game slowly end. Which was actually nice cause I got to see a bit more of it, the most time is spend looking at the left. And the nice portrayal of the underworld on the right can sort of be ignored. I suggest you also just disable a block that can't move any direction? Maybe give it a a little shake and a soft *kegh* sound when you try to click it anyway. :)

Audio worked just fine.

Windows, and on a fresh startup it actually does work as intended. I played the game for a pretty long time before I guess the unselect function got bugged? I hope that helps in your bug hunt.

*edit* You might want to tell people that more explicitly in the how to. ;) The open end I mean.

I did notice the writing but did not connect the dots nor could I really read the font/blocks. I meant the Escape key yeah.

Woah! Cool game. Level 11 was the only one that was a bit hard. I do have to admit I did not really solve puzzles as they were intended I just glitched the game by spamming q to win. Ha! That mechanic was actually explained the very last level. Was great fun though! One of my favorite entries!

Interesting take on the theme! I had fun playing it! Windows version works without any problems. I don't agree with the win conditions though, I seem to have lost the game for sending whiny Fortnite and Minecraft players to hell? Also people seem to die under the exact circumstances a lot. :P I refuse to make different decisions just to win the game so I guess I will never know what happens when you win, care to reveal the secret to me? :)

Really nice game! The best game mechanics of the jam in my opinion. It plays really smooth. I think you could have easily done something more with the theme though besides the mechanics? Then you could have had an even better shot at being the Wildling. ;)

At some point all the controls just stopped working and I was forced to quit, no progress was saved sadly. (Played on Windows) :( Also escape should have had a yes or no I think, now it's quite easy to remove your progress, something I encountered after the first level luckily, or maybe just implement the menu with a continue in it?

Nice game, a major bug is that you can't unselect a block? So I once clicked a block between 4 dog ones and I lost because of it. :P Also there seems to be no win condition? Probably best use of the theme I have seen!

I used the .pck from your mac version to get the Windows version sort of working? Try uploading your Windows version with the .pck file.

Also the sprites look like they might be copyrighted except for the knight enemy? You might want to remove your entry in it's current state to be honest. Better luck next time.

Fun and short game. Everything works pretty smoothly. Nice job!

Graphics are ok! With more work this could have been really fun but now its not really any fun. The music is also really not fitting and freaks me out. xD

Fun little strategy game! Nice entry, I wish the game would  have saved my progress though. :)

Rapido! :P Yeah the camera should really just be fixed and maybe user scrollable only? I really liked the game! Really good entry!

I don't think more enemies would solve it. I think if you would manually setup the levels they could be really enjoyable! With some dud paths and leap of faiths. :) Don't get me wrong I think you did an amazing job! With the seeming amount of polish the main game-play just feels a bit out of place.

Best dodge the creepers version so far. :P

Aah I tried that but I used right button on the ability and that does not work you have to use right button on the field, very unintuitive. Also escape does not work sadly. Actually getting to play the game now, it's amazing! :D

One more day and this would have been a super great game not just a super great jam game! :P Good job nonetheless except for jumping the controls feel really good. Shooting looks amazing, a small recoil effect in the player motion would have been extra satisfying!
