Those are some awesome expansion ideas - we thought about the NPC going from a farmer/villager or to a town guard or mayor once you hit a certain gold threshold if we had the time, though upgrading the home sounds great too actually!

Absolutely loved everything about this game! Controlling the horde fighting the hero is a really fun concept. Throwing in some classes for good measure is a wonderful way of spicing it up - I found myself trying to work out which class worked better (I really clicked with ranger, but then the winning run was playing Warrior at the start and letting the other ranged let rip!). Jumping is definitely your friend!! Sound and VA was super! :D

Managed to clip through the floor once while transitioning from one Kobold to another somehow (what game doesn't do that somewhere?), other than that it felt pretty polished and had a menu to restart the game so never felt stuck. :) 

Love the concept! Really like that you get to see what happens to the adventurer once you assign them the quest. :)

Art and music suit it well, and it runs so smooth. Its got a real re-playability quality to it too! Fantastic work!

Oh I love this idea! Showing the combat that happens when the player takes your quest is a nice insight into your choices. Loving the style too. :)

Oh interesting! This is the first case I've heard of this, perhaps a quirk of doing it with MonoGame...?

This was executed very well! I love that the speed slows a little when placing an obstacle but doesn't stop altogether so you have to think quickly!! Has a nice polish to it too, fantastic project!

I love how you've taken your concept and made a well presented game out of it! The star scoring system and level select is very reminiscent of Angry Birds. :D Very cool!

Absolutely agree with the scoring idea! I didn't have enough time to pop that in the end, but was thinking something to the effect of "time x people saved" would be a good scoring system! Perhaps bonus points from loot chests in the area (some found through one of multiple doors like you mentioned?).

I love the idea of saving trapped characters and extending the line! :D That and being able to release some small bursts of water (with limited amounts?) would be a really interesting dynamic. These are some really great ideas, very much appreciated! :D
