maybe, because you're right I can't hear the voice during the intermission. I'll look into it, thanks.

This is really cool! One thing is that I can't use the function keys while playing, which made it much harder. Either way great game!

This game is honestly just an overall delightful experience. I have no idea what I just played, but I enjoyed every second of it. Awesome game

I can tell a lot of work went into this game but honestly I find myself getting lost at points. It would be great if there was some kind of control popup to let you know what to do, or at least something telling you what the game is if the guy doesn't. Also the looooong death screen really bothered me. But otherwise I thought this was a lot of fun

This is the best game in the whole jam. Animation and game design are on point. I don't want to bog this review down by writing two paragraphs because it's not necessary. This game is perfect in my eyes. Congrats on the game!

I wish there was more to it, but it was fun while it lasted. Nice game!

I got really far in this game but eventually it became really stressful and hard to keep track of. Some indicators like for fires would be nice, like you did with hurt people. It also became pretty difficult to remember where the sectors were (which I suppose was the point) but maybe some color coding would be good. Honestly I thought marty's jokes were irritating because they cluttered up the feed. This review sounds really negative but I honestly really enjoyed it. Great game!

This is a really cool game! I honestly have no gripes except that in one of the dark world platforming sections, the jump is really short which means it's super hard to line up the jumps properly. Because there's also no checkpoint, it was really frustrating.

I really want to play more of this, but the intermission doesn't seem to end?

the core mechanic fits the game jam perfectly but my personal opinion is that if a game isn't fun to control or makes it difficult to do so, it won't be fun to play since movement is your way of interacting with the game. I think here it's handled ok enough to be bearable, but it was kind of frustrating. Something that I think would've made it a lot better to play is to be able to stop shooting, at least for a period of time.

The enemies with the shield are intended to be beaten with your shield if you make them face the other direction. Most people seem to agree that this could've been telegraphed better, but I didn't think of it at the time. I think what made you have trouble with the sword is that enemies only capture the sword when you attack them while they're countering or have their shield. Likewise, the sword can only be reclaimed by you when it attacks you. Sorry if that wasn't clear, and yeah it is really rough. This is my first game jam game and I'm still learning.

This was awesome! I loved the different songs, the combat, and the rage mechanic. I felt like the movement shouldn't change based on the direction you're facing however, because it kind of takes the control out of the game. YES, I know it's obvious that's the theme of the jam but a game that doesn't control well still isn't fun. I did get used to the controls pretty quickly so it didn't matter too much, but it was still jarring at first. Also, was it intentional to use the song of time from Zelda OoT? As someone who also composes music I know that it can be pretty easy to accidentally copy a song that you can't  remember at the time, so I was just curious.  Either way, this game was a blast and definitely my favorite of this game jam!

This is the best game I've played so far. The concept and execution are perfect. The difficulty scales very well, and I couldn't even find any glitches. It felt so great to play, amazing game! 5 stars across the board

This game had a super cool concept and overall was a lot of fun to play! The camera was a bit dizzying at times, but I still thought it was really cool. Tbh a lot of games I've played have great art, which helps, but doesn't matter in the long run if the mechanics are solid. You have proved that you don't need stellar graphics to make a great game!

This game was really cool! Overall it felt great but one thing that could be better is some kind of telegraph for the triangles, and maybe bigger bullets. Other than that, I had a lot of fun playing.

This game has a great premise and was a lot of fun to play! The moment of realization when one of my directions blew up was great! The one thing that can be kind of frustrating is the randomly-generated-ness but that's just part of it I suppose. I think it could really benefit from a wave system or just some way it increases in difficulty over time. Great game!

This is honestly the best game I've seen from this jam. Everything about it is perfect!

This game is criminally short! I loved the feel and puzzle like aspect of the tnt. It was a lot of fun while it lasted, though the way the train snaps to the tracks was a bit jarring, and I felt like could do without or with a little polishing. I loved this game!

The art, sound effects and music are all great in this game! I loved playing it and it was a lot of fun. Just something I found a bit weird was that sometimes the turrets shot into the wall and the bullet would die before it got out, but otherwise no problems! Just one last personal thing here, I would have made the first couple levels a bit easier to ease the player into the mechanic. Overall great game, one of the best I've played so far!

I can tell a lot of work went into this and it's a very interesting concept (reminded me of super monkey ball!) but the turning felt wayyy too slow for me. Otherwise great game!

Game looked and felt pretty good, but there was little in variety and polish. Holding down the mouse to kill enemies, enemies can't hurt you so you just wail on the houses till they die, and enemies spawning when you're super far away so by the end of the game there's so many it lags the game. Great concept, but needed a bit more work put in.

The art, sound effects, and particle effects are all very nice. The switching mechanic is neat, and I liked the idea that certain enemies were stronger against certain weapons, but overall I thought that the switching time was too slow, which kind of bogged it down a bit. Great game despite this

Yeah I didn't have time for audio but there wasn't an option. I just figured it was more accurate than writing "used preexisting audio." I partially agree with the part about the theme, but once I was a day and a half in and I realized it I figured it was too late to go back lol. Thanks for playing!

Thanks for the feedback, and yeah the movement was kind of rushed because the first day for some reason I decided I'd try to completely redo the movement I use in all my projects. I had to stop early because I was wasting time. Thanks for playing though!

Thanks, and I tried to make it a kind of puzzle where the shield guys focus on either your sword or you, but I probably didn't make it clear enough. Thanks for the feedback!

Just checked out your game, really fun! thanks for the feedback

This is really cool! When I noticed my controls change (I didn't read the description like an idiot) I literally said "WOAH." I love bullet hell stuff like this, but one thing I'd like to see is some kind of indicator showing how your controls change, or maybe just a tiny grace period at the beginning of a wave. Really hard though, made it to wave 5!

Interesting concept, though I felt myself lost in the menus a bit. Otherwise great game!

This is an amazing concept! I love the art and sound effects too. It has a lot of potential, and I'll be sure to play any updates if you choose to work on it further.

Thanks for the feedback, and yeah I didn't have time for sound effects. I just played your game, and it was a lot of fun!
