I am so bad with platformers and most of the entries seems like that!

Sorry, I couldn't progress much, the game is so nice, but I failed miserably at the first spikes.

I didn't understand how to hand to the stairs. Control position are quite weird, better use W to jump and if you want to use the spacebar have it for shooting, so the mouse is not required.

Nice realisation for what I have seen.

Oh, that's confusing then, because in many platformers you can use them. Better use something else then :-)

A well executed Platformer, I like that the snails don’t hurt you and dependent on the situation can be helpful to you or block your way. Level design was also well done, I noticed for example that you made sure there is always a way to drop back down to a lower platform close by, in case you missed a coin and want to collect it. The boss fight needs work, there was zero visual feedback that I damage the boss, took me a while to notice the health on the UI. Then I glitched into the ceiling and couldn’t finish the fight. I liked it, great entry.

Good game and like the style. Getting down like others have mentioned was tricky, and it seemed a bit unfair but certainly  does test your memory. I will admit I did give up after a while during the descent but enjoyed everything else, the snails are ace and it was good that you have as many goes as you like, I was a bit worried I'd have to start from the very beginning when I die from a spike. Although the controls are not an issue I'd prefer it if I could shoot using the spacebar and jump using up arrow, also not sure if you had plans for the ladders but it would have been a little better if they were climbable. Other than that, I'd say you've done well

First, thanks for the criticism, I'll lower the difficulty, but if you go back to the beginning and inspired by Only Up, the controls I thought were good, but the thing about shooting with the mouse wasn't planned, it was for shooting with the space bar, it was always buggy, so I left it with the mouse and I was supposed to go up the stairs but I went down and left the effect and it was beautiful but thanks again for the criticism

Fun game with an enjoyable surprise battle at the top! Getting down proved a bit too challenging. Consider adding a look-below camera, so we can see the spikes before descending.

Man, lots to say about this one. The physics are a little too uncomfortable, with the gravity not meshing well with the environment, Enjoyed shooting snails and hopping over spikes, but was frustrating dying to stuff that felt like clunk, not error.

But I didn't care about none of that... I was dedicated to CRIMB!

Kept going up, wondering what the payoff would be. Did enjoy the handmade environment and variety in structure.

Then finally, I met the top, and met [spoiler]...

Saving grace right there. Made the whole CRIMB worth it. And then the plot twist!
Suddenly, it wasn't about CRIMBING anymore... it was about DRESCENDING?

... and that's where I stopped playing, cause i couldn't see the spikes below me, and couldn't react when I did due to the gravity. Did wait out the timer just to see what would happen, and was pleased that the mountain did not in fact explode.

Perhaps the true CRIMB was about the JROURNEY, not the REWRARD...
