I loved playing your game. It was full of surprises, I'm pretty sure I died really because my heart was torn in half but I like that it said I won anyway. I can't fault anything, the audio and art was fantastic

Developer

Thank you, im glad you enjoyed it!

This was awesome!

I originally felt worried it was going to be a simple game in terms of fun, just shooting targets, but the surprises thrown in, that was cool and unexpected, and changed up the gameplay too! Excellent work!

Developer

haha that expectation reversal was the plan, glad it worked! Thanks!

Great game, I can't complain about nothing about it.

It was really nice to play and it's very polish.

The only thing I want to point out is that I played again the game, didn't shot even once in the second level when there is the timer, and still the guy said that was a lot of point and I was a cheater! :-D

Great work! It's also a short game, so everyone has a chance to play it.
Good to add to your portfolio if you are looking for work developing games! ;-)

Developer

great feedback, thank you!! lol i couldn’t be bothered to add multiple endings so yeah the dialogue gets a bit silly occasionally!

You are welcome!

Yeah, don't worry about that, but if you really care, you can just add a single voice saying something "Hahaha, this time you couldn't make it", if the player score under a certain point, like under 1000 or 2000 points. I don't remember now how much I did, but I recall that Level 1 points were carried over and Level 2 starts with 100 points.

I am looking forward to see what you are going to create next time! :-)

Undertale meets Cuphead meets Jam.

The perfect jam game! But with only a tenuous link to escalation :-)

Thoroughly enjoyed it tho! Very, very good work!

awesome game, there could be a easter egg that you could knock out the NPC hat or some kind of dialogue

Developer

Thank you, that's a great idea!

Great game overall. Interesting art with that cutout aesthetic and nice take on the theme.
Only little nitpick I have is that nothing happens if you shoot at the man in the beginning, something like his hat dropping would be fun imo.

Developer

Thank you, and I totally agree! Thanks for the comment!
