I thought your game was really good! The way you made the menu selection is innovative! Needing to pull the levers to activate the options! Another thing I liked was that the game gets harder and harder! I think it has great potential for mobile!

Developer

Thank you so much :) Soon I will publish the mobile version of this.

Nice game! Love the criativity on the playing and on the menu too!! The keyboard didnt help, so i tried the cellphone and found it to be a lot more fun haha

Developer

I am glad you like it! Thanks for the comment :)

I think it's a great game. I think its made more for mobile more than pc (which is what I tested the game on). Everything feels nice to play. You used the theme very well for the game. There were sometimes where the game would drop the same colour four or five times in a row, which afterwards a different colour would be dropped which I wasn't ready for since I was used to the other colour that had been dropped 4 or 5 times in a row(usually green). Overall, I think this is a great little game that implemented the theme very well.

Thanks for checking my game.

Developer

Thanks for your detailed feedback. I will definitely fix that problem!

Super fun little game, I could see this on the app store with a bit more polish for sure!

What a brilliant little game.
Suprebly fitting for the theme, nice sound effects and the jamming music.
Simple yet addictive.

Well done <3

The music was cool and things got really fast. Agree with the keyboard option was a bit hard with mouse. On point for the theme as well!

Thank you so much :)

Fun little game, if there was keyboard control on desktop for the switches that would be even better!

Fantastic

Developer

Thanks :)

Really nice game, that was a very clever way of exploring the theme.

I just think it would be cool to use the keyboard to control the switches, so the game wouldn't be so hard on pc.

Nice job!

Nice game, but the monsters are too fast, but it is fun.

It's cute and easy to pick up, it's a good jam game that perfectly fits the theme! Like others said, I only played using the green and blue switches, and I too was confused at first by how the menus work. Your core mechanics already fits the theme perfectly, so activating the menu by flipping switches felt a bit unnecessary and unintuitive for no real gain.

I played for a few minutes but quickly lost interest due to the difficulty not increasing (or not enough?) and nothing new happening that hadn't already happened in the first few seconds. For a jam game it's alright, but if you want to amass players in the long run, you could consider adding elements of surprise, like power-ups or special enemies, because ironically I didn't see any chaos at all in your game 🙂

Since the game requires quick reflexes, the enemies could be a bit bigger too I think, to help them stand out when the game is played in low visibility conditions like bright sunlight.

It has potential, but it still needs love. Good luck!

I took the time to try out your game on my phone, and I must say it is the perfect platform for this kind of games. Generally this is one of those games that are ideal to pull out during public transportation to kill time, so yeah good mobile game. I would say I got a bit confused about the UI at the start, I kept pushing the word that said "Play" and it took me some time to realize that I had to push the button in the bottom with the corresponding color. Also I never really found a reason to turn off the red button in game, but other than that I don't have much to say, I did end up playing several rounds

Excellent use of theme! Fun game! Perhaps some limitation on how long a switch can be used? I found that activating red made it so I only had two buttons to worry about.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback! I will try to fix this issue as soon as possible :)

cool game

Leaving a few words on every game page really paid off, 80+ ratings is impressive!

Developer(+1)

Thanks for that!

I already discuss this topic, if you want to see my opinion here is the link: https://itch.io/jam/gdevelop-game-jam-4/topic/3067337/i-suspect-that-someone-may...

Very good casual game !

I'm going to try it on my phone because the controls aren't very smooth with the mouse...

Simple but very effective !

Developer

Thank you so much and I agree it is really hard to play with a mouse :)

That's pretty good! but I'm way to easy to stress out to keep playing.

Developer

Thank you for your feedback! Can you tell me what makes you get stress out?

Submitted

The countdown. Everything that has a count down of less than five minutes stresses me out so bad...
