  • One of my favourite games of the jam so far, absolutely loved it! The minimalist story, the vibes, the character design, the music, absolute bop.

Great game! Was fun and satisfying to clean up the levels and rid myself of those pesky memories. Nice polish, art, gameplay, and music!

Developer

Thank you. I really apreciate your kind words and I'm happy you enjoyed the game.

I'm impressed with the amount of polish you managed to do in such a short time in visuals and game feel.

Developer

Thank you! I think we managed to get the scope just right to have time to polish. Glad you appreciate it.

This doesn't seems to have so much variety, but everything seems really well made. The music and art in this game really blend in well.

I always miss the credits and I don't know about the assets in this game.

Developer (1 edit)

Thank you for taking the time to play the game. We made all art, music and coding ourselves.

Just so beautiful in art, design, music, and atmosphere.  This is the whole package and it punches well above its weight for a Jam.  Truly a magnificent achievement.   I loved playing this game and even though it's a little easy, I can see myself playing this again and again.  Goo removal and instinctively satisfying and the characters were just so well done.  What a fantastic game!  Stunning.  I can't say enough good things about this game.

Developer

Thank you so very much. I am happy you liked our game so much it really warms my heart.

I loved the cleaning effect. I was wondering how it was done, shader, tileset, or normal object?

I know that the Norns/Moiras are mythological but I got some sandman vibes from them.

Developer(+1)

Thanks, yeah it was not obvious how to solve it, I tried a few different things but ended up using a dedicated layer of autotiles/terrain. On colliding with the water, I will remove the tile and reconnect the surrounding tiles to get that connected effect, not sure how optimal that is but it worked for our scale. The Godot 4 tile editor is really nice, the use of layers alone is a game changer.

Thanks for playing our game!

If "Zelda: Link to the Past" and "PowerWash Simulator" had a child it would be this game. Nicely done, I really enjoyed.

Developer(+1)

Thank you! Now that's a game idea: Link works as a power washer to pay off all those pots he broke.

A very pretty game, both the content and the general presentation (icon, logo, etc)! Certainly did not feel like a rough jam game. The application of the theme/story is also nice.

The core gameplay is okay (cleaning an area is always satisfying!), but did not really interest me. Maybe it was the repetitiveness (and I wanted extra twists or ideas earlier on). Maybe the beautiful art gave me unreasonably high expectations.

Nevertheless, well done!

Developer

Thank you. I'm happy to hear the presentation resonated with you. Feedback is always welcome so we will take this to heart. Thanks again for taking the time to play and write this :)

From the opening to the ending, I was impressed by how carefully and interestingly everything was created.
There were many pleasant surprises and I enjoyed playing to the end.

 Awesome!

Developer

Thank you for playing and finishing the game. I'm really happy with how it all turned out and I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Oh my this was a beautiful game. the art, the theme the music… all pretty. There were something really satisfying about cleaning all the goo. I love the game. The weapon of choice was also great: wonderful tool for cleaning my mind. The second level was great, the unraveling bridges were a nice obstacle. Thanks for the game!

Developer (1 edit) (+1)

No, thank YOU good sir/madam :) I'm happy you enjoyed the game.

Great entry and the most visually pleasing of all the games I tried so far. Also very satisfying bubble gun :D

I had a minor bug, in the first level I wasn't able to move in northwest, southwest, southeast directions. Didn't encounter that bug in 2nd and 3rd stages.

Developer (1 edit)

I'm happy you liked it. We have never encountered that bug but we'll check it out. Thanks for the feedback <3

I always have a soft spot for topdown or rather 3/4s pixel art shooter but not in the roguelite vein, but like this game, a very straight forward yet enjoyable design.

The theme used in the game's plot is interesting, but the strength lies in the simple but fun primary game play loop of shooting the goo away, and also on the very cute pixel art style.

Developer

Thank you for your nice words. I'm happy you got exactly what we were going for.

The art was amazing and it felt very whismsical. I loved the lil blaster and the big dude took me by surprise :)

Developer

Thank you. I'm so happy to hear that my art resonated with you :) and that the big dude had the desired effect haha ;)

Awesome game!

Really nice and rounded, that is rare for a jam game.

The cleanup mechanic really reminded me of super mario sunshine. I used to play that so much.

Developer

Thanks a lot. I'm happy we managed to scope this one just right. Super mario sunshine was a big inspiration for this game. Good catch.

This game is sooo pretty! 😃

The visuals are truly stunning, I don’t know how you managed to make the game look this good in such short amount of time!

The gameplay is simple and intuitive, my only gripe with it is the “shoot where you look” mechanic, which works remarkably poorly with short range projectiles enemies that have contact damage. This is somewhat mitigated by the recoil from the shots, so your character moves back by default. Still, the gameplay definitely holds up!

The story was a little vague, but it left a strong impression!

Overall, this has to be one of my favorite games this jam! Excellent job! 😊

Developer(+1)

Thank you for your nice words and feedback. Much apreciated! I wish we had time to polish the shooting even more but maybe next time ;)

Oh my god, what a beautiful art! You really did invest a lot on it, and it is paying back! I also liked the subjective storyline, very good!

Developer(+1)

Thank you so much for your kind words :) It really means a lot.

Not loading for me on Firefox, Chrome, or Edge... :(

From the comments it looks really good, will try again later!

Developer

Oh no, I hope you get it to work

Submitted(+2)

It worked today! I don't know what was happening before, very mysterious.

I like the gameplay loop, and it was clear that everything was very well thought out and polished. I particularly like the font :)
