Pretty inventive concept! Was fun playing through the game and making new records. The game is perhaps a bit too easy, once you figure things out it only takes half a minute to complete.

The walking animation was a clever idea. Also I like the overall concept for the game... but ir needs some polish to make it feel actually good to play...

Keep improving!

i love how you made the walking animation not a walking animation lol!

I haven't been able beat it yet XD

Reminds me of the first Mario games. Really cool thieving mechanic and character design. I love the running animation. Well done.

very nice take on the theme.

Gameplay and theme were excellent, enjoyed the stealing mechanic, seems like you put a lot of thought into it. The visuals and sound could have used a little more love, but I think you did a great job overall!

The idea, game design and execution were great! It is also very polished but lacks some better visuals and audio

Nice idea and mechanic, It's fun to jump around them, with music it will bring out more of the game. Great work!

The animation, the characters and the gameplay are amazing and funny, i didn't understand why i have to press the spacebar, instead of pressing the W button to jump over the enemies, in the first time. It needs background music, but is very funny, good job!

I think there need some music but idea is interesting

Thanks. Yeah, music is always something I think about AFTER the jam's finished!

This was super fun, I really liked the way you chose to animate the players feet. Very clever and unique game idea.

Developer

Thanks very much indeed! The feet thing is something I've done before but I think this is the first time I actually released anything with them. I used to play with cut-out puppets with 'wheel' feet when I was a boy.

The gameplay is extremely interesting, combined with the visual part. Nice work!

Developer

Thank you very much! It turned out to be nothing like what I had intended to make for the jam - I massively overestimated the time I had - but I'm quite pleased with what I came up with in the dying hours.
