Never played the original Mr Driller but the game and mechanics feel easy to understand. The art and music is decent. My highest score was about 450.

It took me a while to notice the health and "pills?", but once I did it was very fun.

I never played the original but it really reminds me of an old nes game i played, it had not much in common but the vibe is really nice, the graphics are really nice and authentic to the resolution, and the audio is also juicy really nice mate

I love Mr Driller, and this is a really nice demake, awesome achievement getting all of this done in two weeks. The graphics are beautiful and have so much personality and I love the fact you did a bleepy bloopy demake of the original music, nice touch. I think the spawn rate for air tanks could do with being increased a bit, they feel a lot rarer than in the original. That aside, awesome work here. :)

I never played the original game so I didn't really know what to expect. Wasn't disappointed, it was barely simple and fun! I like that drill sfx too making me want to drill even more.. ^^

Never played the original so I cannot comment on that but I was able to get some fun out of this game! Graphics were bright, colorful, and enjoyable to look at. I'll admit I didn't know what was going on beyond just diggin' diggin' diggin' but I enjoyed it regardless!

I'm a huge fan of Mr. Driller 2 on the GBA. And I'm a huge fan of this. Excellent work.

Nice version of a classic, Good job moving it to this resolution. While playing, there was a lot of falling through empty espace, not sure if level design intentionally has large blocks or some other thing, but mad it quite hard to get to air tanks as I was mostly falling. Overall, funny and a great entry!

I really love  the sprite art in this game, it works really well to get around the limitations of the resolution! Great job!
