The power of simplicity... Great job...

Reading the page i didn't think the limitation made much sense... but when playing it felt great... 

Dodging only my color was a twist for me, since usually in this type of design your own color is your ally... My own color was so attractive that really felt like I was hurting myself every time I picked it up.

The gameplay is quite addicting and the music helps a lot.

I didn't even cared about high score at all... It was just fun to dodge my color and chase after the other colors.

I think I would love an "Survival mode" instead of a "Score Mode"... Where your objective is just to keep playing for as long as you can... with some mechanic to regenerate life that would extend the run.

Awesome job with this!  The concept is so simple but super fun, surprisingly addictive, and a great fusion of the theme and limitation!  If you ever wanted to expand on this game once the game jam is over (and I think you should, because it really is a lot of fun), some possibilities to consider would be adding power-ups (one could turn all bullets onscreen into different colors; one could turn you into a magnet that attracts other colors; one could restore your health; etc.) and, if the player survives long enough, changing the player's color mid-game so they have to adjust on the fly.  Great job again!  (To your friend Kara as well - the music is awesome!)

Thank you for playing my game! I was thinking about power-ups and changing colors of the players but I was scoping too high xp (It would be a good addition). I was also thinking if I were to expand this game I would add multiplayer and your teammates can protect you from your own color!

Hello! I loved the game.

It is pretty tense but I managed to get 5.8k points.

For the flaws:

- Change the tutorial, people don't like to read or will not read.

- The volume is a bit loud it's better to start the game with a quiet volume and be able to change it in game.

I really like the concept and think it makes for a great game! Maybe the health should be shown above the player? It was hard to focus on my health, not getting hit, and hitting the objects at the same time. Overall, Good job!

Thanks for playing and giving feedback! Maybe I would temporarily show how much health you have after getting hurt so you would know how much health you have and then hide it after a few seconds so it would not obstruct the view of incoming projectiles!

Hey!

I really love the concept and idea of the game!
It'S really cool and amazing, with all the different patterns and movements!
It reminds me a bit of those Algoodo rundowns on youtube ! :)

I would say it is set really really hard right now.
A slower introduction of enemies in the beginnning might make the game more accessible to people.
And the blue box is dragging a little bit behind the mouse.

So I thought  that maybe it's better to count every good box that you touch with the mouse directlly, without it having to collide with your own blue box, since the blue box is dragging. That would allow to control and aimfully select the good projectiles!
My personal thoughts...

Anyways it's an amazing game and idea, incredible job for 3 days!

So far I reached 4000 points.

I think I was going to make easier difficulty as a choice when you pressed play on my game but I was running low on time at that point so I couldn’t make it unfortunately hahaha. The idea of touching with mouse instead of the player’s blue box could indeed make the game feel more fair as it would make it easier to slide through the projectiles!

Also, 4000 points is pretty good :p

I mean even if the enemy blue collision is with the box, and you can only collect the different colors with the mouse pointer, that would already make it so much easier.
I have to hoover half a second over each color if it's far away, to collect it, which makes it difficult!

this game hooked me up (got 2900 idk if that's a lot), nice idea with turning enemies' projectiles into your own but I don't see how this implements the limitation, because it's just about something being blue which the player also happens to be. you as a player don't make any obstacles for yourself

Thank you for playing! I believe this limitation is up to interpretation! The projectiles are blue and so are you, and since the blue projectiles are trying to prevent you from reaching your goals, you become your own enemy!

I thought this was really fun and a neat take on bullet hell games! I think I just suck at bullet hells, because it took me a minute to figure out what to do/what I was controlling, but once I did, I had a lot of fun with this trying to beat my high score. Great work!
