Really cool game, I was confused at first but quickly figured out how to play which is nice. There definitely seems to be a meta strat of just sending your units to die but targeting 1 area of the board though? Seems like keeping them alive/on the board might actually be somewhat disadvantageous but could just have been my RNG. During my first playthrough, I did have a weird bug where I was stuck waiting for the opponent (won't let me send 2 screenshots tho).

but afterwards i refreshed and tried that yolo strat and won quite easily (i got really lucky with rolls). I love the presentation in this game and the details like being able to move the dice in the bag during the enemies turn lol

also idk if you'd consider it a bug but it felt kind of weird to be able to end turn while in the dice picking stage of drawing a card and the card just stays up:

anyway i really think the game is pretty cool and insane for a 2 day jam, i wish i had your art skills haha

Very interesting game! It is quite basic at the moment but has great potential! The art is gorgeous, well done!

Cool game with an interesting mechanic and absolutely stunning art. Seeing a buff dice in the cover art was what compelled me to click this game in the first place while browsing. I also remember seeing some awesome progress shots in the Discord and am glad I came across this game to see the final product!

Thats some kick ass art
I feel like sfx and a bit more of recation of the game to players actions would help a lot.
But the art still is so damn good. I am an artist of this team and I truly how good it is. I see some mistakes but they are nothing comared to the time limit.
And how did you even managed to make a game with such art in 2 days?? I always go for something simple and stylish.
Gonna try to do smthing similar next jam.
Thanks for the inspiration :)

Thank you so much!! We definitely tried our best haha. I could even say I was a little ambitious with some of the renders, but the point was to challenge myself so I appreciate the positive feedback  :)

The jam really taught me to just go with the flow, erase less, and just make whatever I wanted to make, and let whatever happens happen. Less mental friction the better

That was a really nice little game, you get to see a pretty interesting mechanic that doesn't overstay its welcome and the art is amazing!

The art is absolutely phenomenal. The game also has a really good concept. I would have liked to played the game in full screen though to get a better look at the art. Which unfortunately didn't work so well for me with your current build. Despite that, i enjoyed playing your game.

Ahh thank you!!

Absolutely loved the art, enjoyed playing the game and found a bug where you can put more than one card in any card slot, idk if that counts as cheating tho. Great game, great concept.

P.S also our games have the same name lol

The gameplay is pretty interesting but has a game-breaking bug, but I really just came here for the *COUGHS VIOLENTLY* big buff dice designs which is ... cool.... so cool... yeah....  Does MrButterNoodles have a social media account I can check out? (for research purposes)

Really cool once I understood what was going on. Managed to win pretty lopsidedly. Not sure if CPU rolls are tuned down or if I was just getting great luck lol

Great job!

Due to time constraints, I decided to just make the AI choose moves randomly. Glad you enjoyed it!

You should absolutely upload the title card as a screenshot to this! I almost didn't play it because there's no screenshots, and it's definitely worth it. :)

Thanks a lot!
