Nicely done. The art, sounds and music worked well together given the way the story went. Who's leaving all these batteries everywhere?

I used an 8 x 8 art style for all the elements in the game.

The movement didn't work at first. When I refreshed the page it was working again.
Amazing art and music! Really cool idea...very unfortunate ending :(
poor cosmo.... i hope he unlocks the ability to turn back time.
great use of the limitation, no spoilers....no tears......
give this game a try
My heart really went out to this little guy. Good story telling. The screen shake was a little too much for me, but overall a good concept with solid mechanics. Good job!
I really love this (despite the ending breaking my heart). Cosmo's design is so good and it was really fun running around knocking things over and pushing them off shelves. Can't believe this is only the fourth game you've made, please keep making them!
Pushing things off tables and knocking over bins (and TVs) is something I'm surprised I've seen so little of in a game jam about cats, and that it's done well here with the purpose of finding batteries. Quite the exploratory gem you've made.
Leave it to a a good choice of music and a robo-kitty to tug on my heartstrings...
Great work, and good luck! :D
I was going to say that I really enjoyed graphics, sound and opportunity to push things from the hight, but now I'm just sad and worried what wil the cat do alone
Great game though!
The ending was so sad! concept was great however i would have liked to be able to press up and right or left at the same time however i got used to the controls quickly.
Oh man I tried speedrunning the game in case you could actually make it but destiny was already set from the beginning :((
Awesome game! I liked everything! The plot, music, graphics! You've done very well! A short but enjoyable game! I liked that the cat hits things. I was waiting for someone to use it! Awesome game! I am delighted! Thank you for this game!
A little short but the existing content is solid. I noticed only one minor graphical issue, namely that collecting batteries too quickly can cause the energy bar to spill out over the right side of the screen.
I'm a little frustrated with the lack of polish, but the game struck a chord with me anyway.
The first thing I noticed was the handling of the text. It doesn't seem to be positioned properly in relation to the text box (left and right spaces are too narrow). Also, there seems to be a problem with the font rendering.
This may seem like a small issue, but it can negatively affect the first impression, resulting in other elements feeling a bit unrefined.
I felt that the feedback when I picked up the battery was a little inadequate. There were times when I didn't realize that I had picked up a battery. However, if you make it too exaggerated, it might ruin the atmosphere of this game, so you have to think of an appropriate expression. That will be a difficult task.
If you want to represent a city at night, it would be a good idea to change the color tones of the bushes and other textures to match the nighttime atmosphere.
I think it is far more important and valuable to strike a chord with the players than to be sophisticated or not. For me, this game was worth it. Refining a game is important, but this is the kind of game I want.
