Only suggestion would be to add some way for the player to have a better idea of how far he'll move or I guess how much time he'll be winded? for. Apart from that awesome game. Great mechanic and was really fun. Some parts remind me of games like Getting Over It or Pogostuck based on the fact that you can lose progress. Good work bro.

In what way does your game fit the theme?
The character you play is a toy robot that relies on a mechanism that you need to rewind.
Did you write most of the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
Yes. Everything was originally created by us during the jam.

We knew we wanted to make it into a rage game and part of that was to have a mechanic where you have to calculate the time to wind-up and left a UI bar out so it is truly up to your own judgement as part of the thrill, but we'll definitely keep your feedback in mind, THANK YOU for playing our game despite that and we're glad you enjoyed it, and we also took inspiration from Getting Over It so we are pleased to know you were reminded of it.
Mechanic is cool. You have to think about how far the player will move and when to jump to proceed.
This was a really neat game play concept, I got stuck though on an edge when I was wall jumping and my wind ran out. So my character kept jumping on the edge of the collider perpetually lol
Nice game! The art & sound are great. About the game mechanics, I think it fits well the theme. It is quite frustrating/hard when I need to go back because I missed a jump but I understand it is intentional :) One suggestion is to maybe add a visual clue / gauge to know how many energy left the robot has before stopping.
Really fun and clean aesthetic and the sounds are a pleasure to hear.
Also did something similar to getting over it!
Great, a little bit to difficult at the beginning I think but great and the environment is awesome!
I'll leave you mind if you want to check it https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-4/rate/724798
Absolutely loved it! Congrats on the great game! If you have a chance, take a look at ours!
Nice atmosphere. Hard gameplay. Got annoyed when I fell but had fun.
Loved playing this game! Visuals were great, sound and level design were too and I liked how the game tied to the theme. -1 because I fell back to the very beginning of the level. Just kidding! :)
This game has a really high quality. The graphics are nice looking and the sounds are pleasing (selfmade!). The mechanism of the game is interesting and challenging, but that is where the fun comes from. Nice !
Amazing graphics :) Really nice look and feel for that.
The mechanic was clever, but it also makes it extra hard to play, for a n00b like me, that's a huge challenge, but exploring the level was fun.
Losing progress is kind-off a feel-bad for me, but I can see how this would appeal to the more hardcore platformer fans.
Great looking game, and amazing marketing guys :)
wonderful artstyle and an amazing music score, i really love it! unfortunately, the controls are a bit clunky wich make this a little annoying to play, but it's wanderful to look!
