Hey All, I am looking for some games to rate (please make sure its either browser playable or Mac compatible),

This was my first Game Jam/ Game in general, so it has been really cool to see how different we all took the same prompt. I really want to play some more games, so I figured it would be best to reach out to the community so I can rate people who are still active at this point in the Jam.

Bonus if it's a first Game Jam, a first game, or you are a solo dev. Those help me to learn what benchmark of quality I should be hitting.

Played and just Rated it. Super cool style and I like your limited color palette. Lavender is such a pretty shade and awesome to see so much of it used in a creative way.

Thank you ^_^ Yeah, I know not everyone is into jumpscares so I keep the tension up with the slight delay before your character walks through a door instead :D

I love the style and I respect the GameMaker Representation! That's the engine I used as well! I saw in the comments that you all didn't know how to make a Web Build in GameMaker. If you all need help with that, I can tell you how to do it! I did it for my game.

Just rated and played. You win the spooky award. I also seriously want Godot tutorial recommendations from your team because I spent so much time in this Jam trying to learn to use Godot and I ultimately had to abandon it for GameMaker.

When it comes to learning Godot I'm self-taught, (That is I just messed around the engine trying out random things and reading the documentation on any roadblocks), but 2 channels that I really like when it comes to the tutorials for cerain systems and tricks in the engine are Gwizz and Queble!

As for my own advice: In my opinion the best way to learn Godot is to just stick to one (although simple) project that you know how you want everything to look in, and stubbornly try to create at least a few systems that resemble your vision.

Since you've created games in GameMaker, you could try to recreate one 1:1 in Godot just to see how the workflow looks like, what you like and what you don't like. Good Luck!!

That is exactly what I was looking for. Perfect amount of eerie. Heck, That wasn't even a game, that was just art. Pacing was immaculate and Bougainvillea is something that will stick with me. If you are ever looking for an dev to help out for a Jam, I would be so down. Rated and Played btw.

Rated and Played. I love the assets used from the Brackeys Godot tutorial. It made me smile. Also, for sure weird. I will admit, I thought the cover had something to do with being in utero, so I am very happy it didn't involve that.
