You mention the ticket system, but you forget that not everyone is an Itch.io expert or a native English speaker. Due to the language barrier and being less familiar with the platform's private tools, I didn't know a "ticket system" was the required way to reach out. I asked a question where I could.

As a host, you could have easily pointed me to that private channel. Instead, you chose to use my lack of knowledge as an opportunity to publicly shame me.

I am not shifting blame for the disqualification  I’ve already accepted that, apologized to the participants, and cleared my conscience. I am calling out your lack of professional guidance. A good leader helps a confused participant find the right channel; they don't use a screenshot as a weapon.

I’ve learned my lesson and made amends with those involved. I hope you eventually learn that being a host is about community management, not just winning arguments.

It’s simple: as a Jam organizer, you set the tone for the community. Even if a question is asked publicly, a professional host knows when to take a conversation to DMs or a ticket system to avoid public drama. You chose to post a screenshot to shame me publicly instead of resolving it like a leader.

The issue here is your behavior as an organizer and your choice to escalate conflict rather than manage it. If you think public shaming is the only way to communicate, then I was right — I don’t want to be part of a community run this way.

Macrow, I want to address you personally. Your behavior—posting a public comment instead of directly explaining your reasons—doesn't reflect well on you. I've already apologized to everyone I was rude to and deleted all the negative comments, so my conscience is clear. But you should think about your behavior. but now I understand: I don’t want to be in a team where such a person is in charge.
