Quite complete a game, nice implementation!

I am sorry I cannot give you useful advice, I have not played enough clicker game to suggest anything.

However, I do want to refer to another entry of this jam, which combines clicker and platformer, I did find it quite interesting; the name is IGTAP: Incremental Game That's Also a Platformer.

Remarkable!

Not a big fun of clicker game, but the combination with platformer makes it quite interesting.

I am not sure if you are the first to propose this combination, I believe this hybrid genre is quite potential.

Good luck if you will continue the exploration and development!

great art!

Not a big fun of clicker game, great and complete implementation though!

In this case, I believe you found a solution out of my plan.

Thanks very much for this feedback, I will check it and refine the level later!

I am glad you enjoyed the game, thanks for your comment!

Wonderful Game! I really like the idea of finding LOOPholdes, it adds some twist to the classical sokoban.

I am glad you enjoyed the game, thanks for your comment!

Three hints for level 8 would be:

  1. use one 6/9 as an operand, and the other to get 0
  2. fully utilise the feature of 0
  3. the final evaluation happens at the right bottom corner

There are totally 9 levels, I would like to give any help if you want to solve the rest but encounter some confusing design!

I am glad you enjoyed the game, thanks for your comments!

Please try the rest levels, I tried my best to make every one creative and different from each other.

I am glad you enjoyed the game, thanks for your comment!

I used the idea of looping or modulo in the game, the evaluated results are mod by 10, that's why we cannot get numbers greater than 9 and we can negatively go through the digits. I thought it's a way to expand the depth of the puzzle.

I am glad you enjoyed the game, thanks for your comment!

The game is so complete! Great developing skill!

ONE SHOT, fits the theme perfectly!

Wonderful! It's the brick breaker game with a twist, which makes it so cool!

To be honest, not a big fan of this genre; it's quite experimental though.

Great game! It's so complete, quite impressed to see game with this level of completeness.

Great game! What impressed me most is you used such simple geometric art style to created this fantastic visual effect.

Simple but good, it's not normal to see two-player game for jams.

Wonderful game! The core mechanics is simple but interesting, and fits the theme quite well. What impress me most is the geometry art style, you used the simplest way of visual effect to create really cool stuff.

However, I think the lack of deepness makes the game quite "clicker", of course, which is not a flaw but a feature. It's just that I am not a big fan of clicker game, so I had not played really long.

Anyway, great game and quite potential! I believe it would be great if you make a post-jam for it in the future.

The only one one would be a great puzzle game, good luck if you will try this in the future, I would like to give it a shot!

Instead of dealing with double-digit number, I use the idea of looping or mod, which I believe is also quite interesting.

I am glad you enjoyed the game, thanks for your comment!

My friends also mention the confusing starting, and I realised that my designed tutorial lacks clarity. In the future, I will polish the game, design a better intro phrase, and publish version 0.2 for post-jam.

Thanks again for your comment, it means a lot for me to improve my skills and the work!

I am glad you enjoyed the game, thanks for your comment! I will expand the game, polish it, and publish version 0.2 in the future.

Please feel free to give any advices, I can really use them when improving the level design later. Also, if you find yourself stuck in some place, comment here and I will provide some tips.

I know there are so much to modify, and my friends have already pointed out some unsatisfying experience. I really like the concept used in this Jam, and I hope I can provide a better and more complete version when I equip myself with more skills.

Terrific! I really like the art and the animation, the game is so complete.

The 4-blocks-high platform is indeed a threshold, because 5-blocks is dead height, and the skeleton can jump 2-blocks, which means the player must straightforwardly move to another platform instead of leaping onto it. I understand it can be frustrating when you want to jump to somewhere but then find yourself broken, and it also happens to me when I test the level.

Thanks again for your comment! I will try to improve the tutorial phrase, introduce the mechanics  more clearly, and use some decoration to help with the level indication.

I am really glad you enjoyed the game, looking forward to your advices after the complete playing!

Please feel free to write comment if you get stuck somewhere, I will reply with some tipis if you need.

Thanks again for your comment! I will continually polish the game, and publish version 0.2 in the future.

Thanks for your comment!

This game is more like a puzzle game than a platformer, and the fall damage is the problem I proposed. As you said, the falling is really bad at times, that’s because the height induced puzzle might sometimes  feel not that intuitive.

I think a good modification might be using different colors as hint to indicate the height of safety and danger.

If possible, it would be great if you can try this game again! After paying attention to the fragility of the skeleton, the levels will be less annoying, and there are something really cool as you go through the game!

Thanks for your playing again! I will polish this game and publish version 0.2 in the future.
