I love it
Very satisfying lining a bunch of them up and giving them a snip! They remind me of the pac man ghosts, if they went too long without a shave. To be honest I thought we were destroying them, I didn’t realize we here just giving them a haircut until reading the description afterwards haha. Fun idea with throwing the scissors and using some “dash” hair product to zoom.
Very fun and SLICK idea! I would've loved to see the slick haircuts before the enemies disappeared. I would suggests decreasing the size of the hitboxes from either the player or enemies since there were occasions where I was at least a few pixels away but still took damage. Adding i-frames would be great too to avoid taking damage from multiple enemies at the same time to make this less difficult. I made it to wave 10 with 1 HP and died immediately when an enemy spawned on me... All minor tweaks. I can definitely see this being built out further! Great job!
I love this idea! Giving a bunch of disheveled, hairy monsters slick haircuts/styles. I just wish I could see the results of my labor before they disappear. Nice work!
Fun!/5
I love the walking fur guys and the gameplay loop is nice!
thank you for playing!
Cool game! I really like the moving background haven’t seen that in other games so far, might steal that idea for some of my own future projects :p
thank you for playing! haha yeah i've seen them in some of my friend's games and other games and thought it's a pretty cool background filler!
This is a fun lil wave game! I love the lil creature enemies. It took me a second to figure out how to actually kill enemies though. Well done!
thank you for playing! yeah i plan on going back to redo the how2play screen haha, i've had some of my friends play it and it took them a bit to figure it out too
i also unfortunately can't rate your entry due to me only having access to a laptop with MacOS and i see that your game is a Windows downloadable only :(
Nice! Pretty fun once I got the hang of it. Wish they all moved a little differently so I couldn't always herd them to the middle by going in circles. Cool idea though, love the cover art!
thank you for playing! appreciate it, yeah i added state machines to them and those randomly switch after some time but it ended up not proving as diverse as i'd hope haha - hoping to tweak it a bit
appreciate you commenting about the cover art!! was really hoping for that to get recognized, had a friend of mine design it and it came out great!
this guy needs to be my barber!
thank you for playing! haha he needs to be everyone's barber!!

thank you for playing! haha i appreciate the nice list & comments :DD
very solid submission! mechanics felt good, and lvl difficulty scaling did too.
nice work!! I think maybe a little detail added to the aesthetic of the lvl room could have helped, but mechanics are more important and those are solid!
nice work.
thank you for playing! yeah for sure
Very fun, i love the design of the enemy :)
thank you for playing!
Very slick movement, love the squelchy sound effects as well
thank you!
This makes the cut
thanks for playing! i'm glad it make your cut :D
I had fun playing this game! Great job :D
thank you for playing!
Lovely loop, very satisfying to play with great feedback :) I would have liked some invulnerability briefly after getting hit to stop being oneshot but maybe that’s my fault for trying to train all the monsters around and like Zombies. Nice job overall!!
thank you for playing! yeah i was hoping to include some i-frames after the player is hit to prevent multiple collisions against enemies that overlap each other, but didn't have enough time - good callout!!

Fun gameplay loop and concept, i enjoyed my run fs
thank you for playing!

Pretty slick! Love jam games that have a simple, yet fun gameplay loop that you can get into easily. With some more crunch/juice this could've been turbo slick!
thank you for playing! yeah one of my goals for this jam was to really lean into player feedback/juice/crunch so i'm glad you felt that way!
cool concept. the loop of throw, dash, retrieve is neat. i was trying to play on trackpad so didn't get too far though lol
thank you for playing! ah no worries, yeah that's unfortunately an accessibility issue with the controls

Love the dashing and picking up of the weapon, makes me feel like a ninja. One glitch I found is that you can through the scissor out of bounds and never pick it up. Great gob overall
thank you for playing! i'm happy to hear that! aw man i thought i had fixed that bug, appreciate the callout!
