Glad you liked the mechanics and art. Thanks for playing our game!

The physics seemed to work well (sliding, shooting, ricochet, etc.) and the puzzles did indeed make me feel slick, both literally and figuratively. The text generating from the middle made it a little hard to read, but mostly just in the first scene. During the levels it was fine. I appreciated being able to look around and scope out the rest of the level with alt. I'm also impressed by how many puzzles were included  given the short development time. There were some small details that stood out too, like the different tones while hovering the main menu options. Nice work!

What a fun idea! I love the educational still fames and the little details like the crab prints in the sand. The art, music, and audio are all solid. That level with the coconut crabs AND vehicles was brutal. Nice work!

This was a very interesting idea. The audio and visuals felt pretty nostalgic. I didn't expect the game to throw us into a puzzle right away, but it was a cool idea. Nice work!

This is a pretty unique idea. I like how customizable the strategy is. The mechanics appeared to be working as intended. Nice work!

I love the background visuals. The little oil guy is so cute and his animations are great. The music is chill. The controls feel pretty good. I like how much the combos drastically alter movement. It's pretty difficult, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Nice work!

The controls feel pretty good. The art and music really sell the slick theme. I love that there are different racers and vehicles to choose from. The shopping cart is a lot of fun. Nice work!

Cute game! Creating a slide puzzle was a nice use of the theme.  The mechanics felt pretty good. Nice work!

I didn't realize what an appropriate name Sword 'n' Shields was until after I played. I appreciate that the battle speed can be adjusted and it was fun to see how many upgrades I could stack. Many of the battles came close. Nice work!

The music and visuals create a very chill atmosphere. The gameplay goes from 0 to 100 pretty quickly, but it was an enjoyable experience overall. Nice work!

The controls felt pretty good. It was a lot of fun grinding on the rails. Nice work!

I love the look and the vibe. I think the starting area is maybe a bit too big. There were so many NPCs and houses that couldn't be interacted with and there was a lot to navigate. This game might benefit from being smaller and more focused. That said, I see a lot of potential here. The dash was fun. Nice work!

The sound  could get a bit overwhelming at times, but the combos were pretty satisfying to execute. Nice work!

Cute game! Cute art style! Cute kitty! I think it would be nice if the timer was a little longer because it could get a little tedious to have to hide and wait so often. Still, this concept is great. Nice work!

Interesting mechanics, nice background art, and cute character design! It's a shame you didn't get to do everything you wanted, but I see potential here. Nice work!

This is a very ambitious project. The game, unfortunately, froze while I was trying to build a hut. Up until then though, it was extremely chill. I appreciate the detailed instructions. I love the concept. The color palette is great. I just wish I could have seen more of it before it froze. Great work overall!

I enjoy the art style. The protagonist's design is very cool. The movement feels good once you get some momentum going and the music is chill. Nice work!

This game is surprisingly chill considering the fact that you're perpetually running for you life. The tricks are a lot of fun and I appreciated the sound design, particularly when the soap inevitably consumes you. Nice work!

This was definitely an interesting idea. I can tell a decent amount of work went into the planning too. I managed to find the webpage, password, and additional files, so I think I completed it?

I enjoyed the time-slow mechanics and the surreal atmosphere. The movement felt a bit clunky, but that was my only issue. Nice work!

Very interesting idea. I like the combination of a salon sim + puzzle elements. Nice work!

The art is cute, the music is chill, and the mechanics are interesting. I had to check the comments to find out how to jump off of the snow-blob guys, but the rest seemed pretty straightforward. Nice work overall!

I must have gotten some sort of glitch because I couldn't turn. Everything else seemed to work though, and it was fun to knock the goblins into the water with snowballs. Nice work!

The mechanics are very interesting and have a nice variety. I love the color palette and flame particles. The music does a great job setting the mood. Nice work!

I definitely agree that we could have explained the mechanics a bit better. We cut it pretty close on time, as I'm sure many people did, so there were a few things we weren't able to do. I'm glad you found the gameplay intuitive nonetheless, and glad you enjoyed the intro, art, and sound. Thanks for the feedback and for taking the time to play our game!

Oh wow, thank you so much! I'm glad you enjoyed the intro and the gameplay. You're too kind. Thanks for taking the time to play :)

Thank you so much! I'm glad you liked the concept and intro. I agree, we could have explained the mechanics better, but we were scrambling toward the end (as I'm sure most people were) and that aspect sort of got away from us. I also agree that the enemies are hard to dodge, especially the archer crows. Hopefully we get to balance things a bit better in the future. Thanks for taking the time to play our game!

I don't remember exactly where it was, but I do remember there were  a lot of blue blocks, like a solid chunk of just blue blocks. I cleared too many of them out of the way, so I tried resetting the level, got stuck in a solid wall, and there were red blocks behind me, so when I tried to perspective shift out of it, I would just die. That's as well as I can remember it, so hopefully it helps a little? haha

This game was very charming. I adore all of the duck puns. The art is nice and the music is great. The movement is a little hard to control, but I'm sure it's intentional. The theme was well-implemented and the end was hilarious. Great work, everyone!

Thanks so much! We put a ton of work into the intro and had a lot of fun recording the voice lines. I'm happy it paid off! I'm glad you enjoyed the movement as well. Thank you for taking the time to play our game!

Wow, this was a lot of fun! I love the tricks, the slowdown while aiming is super smooth, and achieving Smokin' Slicksy Style is very exciting. The physics feel great and the enemy takedowns are satisfying. Great work!

Fun concept! It managed to feel chill and chaotic at the same time. I like that the slow default movement encouraged sliding. Nice work!

Pushing enemies around with the hose was pretty fun. The little frog guy is soooo cute. Nice work!

This was great! The concept is so much fun and the "currency" used to get the upgrades is very creative. I giggled a bit when I finally found the horse. I very much enjoyed my playthrough. Great work, everyone!

The controls feel good, the level design is well done, the music is chill, and the sprites are cute! I especially liked the little touches like the opening/closing book in the main menu. Nice work, everyone!

This game is very immersive. The mechanics are interesting. The puzzles are fun. It looks, feels, and sounds great. Nice work!

I love the concept you came up with. It's too bad that you ran out of time. I would have liked to see that fleshed out. I could only ever attack 2-3 times before never being able to attack again until my next run. I'm not sure if I got a bug or if there was a cooldown and I just died before I was able to attack again. Either way, I see potential here. Nice work!

This was fun! I loved speed boosting into the other racers. The shredder kept getting me (RIP) and I definitely noticed the difference in friction between the track and the other terrain. The music, audio, and visuals are great. Nice work!

This is a fun idea! I really like how the stage gets progressively more covered in slime the more enemies you defeat. I'm not sure I could feel the difference between the default ground and the slime-covered ground, but it was pretty fun to knock the slimes of the edge all the same. Nice work!

Thank you! I'm glad you liked the art and had a good time. Thanks for playing!
