That was much shorter than I expected, but was extremely good. Even the most powerful creatures are at mercy to humans.

I really want to see more of this. Please let there be more it was so good.

(+2)

Short but very impressive!

(+3)

Deeply discomforting experience, good work!

(+2)

loved it!

(+2)

An entertaining and cute little experience. NightinGames really enjoyed the game; keep up your good work!

(+2)

Классная игра!

(+4)

Unnerving, disturbing, and certainly entertaining. That purple mother had me on edge the whole time.

This has a lot of untapped potential.

We need more. More. MOAAARRRRRRR!!!!!.

😊👍

Haunting! Loved it!

(+2)

I really liked the cool art and monster designs on this game.

(+2)

Haha borrus go C R U N C H

Just watched Vinny's stream of this, and I can't really figure out the ending. It seems like... you... skipped a step? I'm not sure how you got to the place in the ending cutscene from the place where you were before the cutscene started.

(+2)

This is a valid criticism, although there is no missing step/teleportation/time skip. There are some elements in the background of the ending cinematic that are meant to better explain the relation between the two locations but I agree it can be somewhat obtuse to understand. Fortunately a logical understanding of the games locations in relation to each other is not needed for the story to emotionally function.

ı REALLY liked this game idea, concept can you continue to the game and add sandbox etc. game modes and ending was really good i really wanna see the adult version of us and play as it and sandbox sandbox sand boooooooooox!(probably i made some grammar faults)

Had a great time playing this game, short and sweet. Loved the eerie soundtrack and gushy sounds. Would love to play a full length version being chased by even larger and creepier creatures, evolving new abilities as the game progresses.

(+4)

Ugh. This game was so fun, creepy, and just insanely bonkers. My partner and I enjoyed this a lot and love the atmosphere. We felt the dread in every turn and that feeling just felt unbelievable. Really like the art style and really capture how mess up this world is. Keep the great work. Looking forward to the other games.

Reminds me of my childhood!

(+3)

Loved this game, loved the short story it tried to convey! I'm so glad I included in one of my 3 Scary Games. Would love and would play this if you guys decided to turn it into a full game.

(+4)

This was a um... well to say the least, weird, dark, but fun. Great job. But maybe do a happier ending for Borrus? I mean he deserves something for going that long.

(+4)

I’m so happy I finally Played this game. It was so fun and strange and wonderful Despite my rage.

Oy oy!

Naylor here!  Tried to get your information a long time ago and rather than use my smarts, forgot how to find info.  Then it clicked to hit the source and see if there was a comment section. It was really cool to see that the game is in my recommended section on Facebook now and it reminded me to figure out how to get a hold of you guys!  Awesome that you got this out into the world! Just wanted to say that I was blown away when I got the e-mail with the announcement that the game was released. In fact, bought it as soon as I finished reading.  Remember talking all about this during down time at school.  Love to see the ideas had made it into the game.  Well done!  Congratulations on all the hard work and notoriety! Thank you for the special nod at the end as well!  I ran around my house to show my wife and family.  I am that cooool.....Keep going and all the best!

(+3)

Hey! It's awesome to see you here. I remember when I pitched what was essentially Proto Swallow the Sea to you in high school that you told me "make sure I finish that idea someday".

When we neared the end of development, I thought it was really important to credit you. I'm not sure I ever would have returned to this premise without you showing genuine interest in the idea.

I really believe in momentum and have worked hard not to slow down since my time in high school. Keep an eye out the next game will be the biggest and strangest thing we have made yet.

Thanks again.

(+2)

Will hands down keep an eye out.  Sadly, not much time for gaming these days.  As we talked before, Overwatch and Guild Wars 2 take up my time, but already played and beat Swallow The Sea.  Will have to check out your other titles in the future.

Glad you are keeping at it and will most likely check out all the games at some point.

Ever need someone to bounce ideas off of, always happy to help.  Nab my e-mail from the first person you contacted to get ahold of me (not saying for obvious reasons, no one wants their e-mail plastered all over)

Keep up the good work!

very bizarre game, here's my gameplay of it:

(+4)

Gruesome. I love it!

(2 edits) (+6)

I agree with a lot of players of this game needing to be made bigger and longer.

.

..

...

Also a happier ending for poor Borrus...

(+3)

This game truly gave me an experience of fear, excitement, and shock than any other game has! Truly amazing!

(+3)

After checking out Perfect Vermin I just had to see some of the other collaborations by Maceo; will also have to check out Nicolás' work too. This is another great experience, I'm continually impressed.

(+3)

It's so grotesque and I love it!!

(+6)

The bigger you grow, the more awesome you get! You get to beat/eat up all those creatures that was trying to eat you before. Persist and you'll be the biggest thing in the world! That is... until you meet certain doom at the end lol

(+3)

amazing

(+4)

Love it, made me actually feel scared. Art is fantastic

I played through the game and actually recorded a video on it for my channel. I have to say, first and foremost, that this is probably one of the more disturbing games I've played in a long time and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I say this with love, just so you know: I hated the creatures and environments. You have a frightening aptitude for grotesque art direction. The whole game left me on edge continuously, but it was especially strong when Orro appeared. It wasn't until after I played that I realized that he was actually his own predator and had been eating himself. The art, atmosphere, and sound design were phenomenally done. While I do feel I have some minute grasp over the overall theme, I won't pretend that I am not still left with questions. Overall, I had a great time being tormented by human-fish, thank you for this experience!

here’s some game play if you’d like to watch! :)

Really nice and short game !

Is there only one ending?

(+4)

(+4)

That is such a fascinating atmosphere! Loved the playthrough of this guy and am looking forward to playing myself!

(+4)

graphic design is so good that i couldn't play the game because it disturbed me

(+4)

Interesting video game. The whole journey and that end came to my soul.

With a stunning and very well done aesthetic, along with a solid soundtrack and gameplay, I recommend and thank this game ^ w ^
By the way, I recommended it in this video with which I hope more people know it and its developer.
